Bought these to replace some NB shoes that I had really liked but no longer were made. So these arrived, and the lacing system is quite a pain. Difficult to snug prior to tying. The toe box seemed a little narrow top to bottom, so I really did not care for these shoes. Wore them several times and had to just give them to Good Will.

1/4 narrower than my older NB which were a half size smaller.
Tongue is also a 1/2" narrower than the old ones and doesn't fill the space, allowing the sock to show through. Worst pair of NB I have ever seen.

Garbage. It's like they put a regular shoe on a 4E bottom. Toe box too narrow, tongue doesn't cover socks, and one tongue noticeably longer than the other. How hard is it to make equal length tongues? Made in China, don't bother. Have always looked to NB for 4E but their stuff keeps getting worse. Time to find another maker.

I agree with the other comments here stating that they are TOO NARROW. I'm a size 11 2E (W) and these shoes were PAINFUL to wear. Usually NB has their width sizes pretty uniform (I almost exclusively by New Balance shoes) but these were WAY off. I grudgingly returned my pair (they look really good!) to the online vendor I ordered them from.

I wear a men's size 15 4E and I was looking for a replacement for the MW759 that was discontinued, I tried both the MW769 and MW669, both models are not a similar fit to the MW759.

I have been wearing New Balance for many years. Always the same size 8 4E. I was surprised when the 769 were at least an inch too long. Inch and a quarter when measured against my old shoes. So I returned them and ordered a pair a half size smaller too tight. It is bad for an online shoe sight to have inconsistent sizing. You end up with very dissatisfied customers.

I ordered a custom pair of N/B had to return foam was not stitched properly ordered a different style the tongue would not cover my socks I sent them back went to a N/B store to see if that style was all like that the sales person was shocked with what I showed him N/B lost a faithful customer

This is the second style of the "new" New Balance shoes that run small or narrow. (The first was 990v4.) I had NB sneakers for many years, always ordering the same size and width and always fitting perfectly out of the box. I am returning these, but it's a shame that you cannot count on them anymore.
