My husband has to wear a brace for a severely collapsed arch. These shoes are wonderful.

I bought these for my 17 year old son for school. He did not wear out his other pair of New Balance shoes, but his feet grew. This pair of shoes is made very well, he likes the traction on the bottom and they fit well. He wears a size 15 with an extra wide width. And it is a nice looking shoe. I can always depend on New Balance - the shoes are made very well and last a very long time. And I love Zappos. Easy to order and the fastest shipping.

It was a little small and the footbed just wasn't right (not the right shape for my foot).

Comfortable shoes for my wide feet. The only thing I would change is the shoe laces. They never stayed tied unless double knotted. Other wise a great shoe!

I love the way I can find the (almost) same shoe, in the same size as my order from 3 years ago. There's no need to buy shoes anywhere else. This is just too easy.

Lightweight, comfortable shoes. Good length and plenty of width.

I like the look and believed the intent of these shoes, but I've been wearing NB 623's for years, and am always a 9 EEEE. When I received these in the same size I found that the were short in length, possibly a whole size, and the width was painfully tight. I'll comment again after trying the 9.5 and 10 EEEE. I just wish retail stores carried wider shoes so I didn't have to make as many trips back to the UPS store. Zappos please note there is space in the local mall!

What I expect from new balance. Good quality and price.

I Initially order this shoe in my regular size 9. although the posted reviews indicated they came a half size small I ordered the 9 anyway. upon arrival the 9 was indeed too small and I applied for an exchange to size 9.5. In this style shoe 9.5 is the right size for me. Like the the look of the shoe with the red trim and all. The exchange was extremely easy and fast. Happy customer.

I only got these because the shoes I originally wanted are no longer being made. These have so far proven to be an excellent choice, though. Very comfortable and so far able to stand up to lots of walking.

Bought these for my husband. Normally wears a 10.5 wide in other New Balance shoes, but that size was a bit tight. Returned for an 11 wide and all is well. He said the insole is a little hard.

Great looking shoe with accurate sizing. The only problem is my heal wanted to slide out of the shoe too easily and for that reason, I plan to go back to the 608.

Great walking shoe, however, the width and length were not true to NB shoes I've bought in the past. Also, round laces have to be double tied or they come untied.
