These are my first Dr. Scholl's boots and I'm very pleased. The wide calf is nicely sized and the style still looks like a normal boot. The design isn't as shiny as it might seem based on the photo and it looks like a classic black boot. Would recommend.

These fit true to size. I have a wide calf and these zip up without any issues. They were comfortable out of the box. I have them in brown and black. Nice, affordable boot.

I really liked them. The wide calf was actually wide. The boots were so comfy. In the end the boots that were more of a Carmel color won but these were a close second.

Great boot, very comfortable

I wear these almost every day and love them! I'm on my feet all day at work and I've had zero foot or back pain wearing these. They've held up beautifully.

the black is beautiful! wide calf nicely fits a 19" calf. really wish this boot fit. I felt like the size runs small and a bit narrow.

It's never been easy to find boots that fit my legs. These are perfect! Very comfortable & I'm happy that I bought from Zappos!

Loving these boots! Will probably order them in black as well, got the whiskey color and they are sharp! Wearing them for the first time today and have had several compliments and they seem very comfortable. I was concerned about the width, as they seemed a bit narrow, and I have a bunion that cause discomfort, but they seem to be stretching out comfortably. I also have 15" calves and the wide calf is perfect!

These boots are stunning and what a great price point! They are comfortable from the moment you step into them and I was so excited to see that the wide width was 18" however, I do wish they were wider. I didn't think my calves were large than 18" and I was able to zip them up fully, I just need to wear them a bit to break them in, aka, naturally stretch the very top of the boot. I originally ordered a size 8, my normal size, and although they fit comfortable, I wanted to have the option to wear them with thicker socks during the cooler months so I sized up to an 8.5.

I was looking for a wide-calf boot but this was actually too wide for my liking. I wound up re-ordering the regular version of these boots and those are plenty wide. The color and style are nice and the finish seems as though it will be durable and hold up well against rain and puddles. Nice purchase; good value.

Super cute. Fit well. The material wasn’t real leather and I could tell they would start to fall apart quickly. I didn’t even bother wearing them for a day. I just sent them back. They just needed to be better quality and I would have kept them

They actually fit my monster sized calf muscles. Most "wide" boots won't zip, but these do.

Whoa! This boot should be called "Double Wide" Calf! The description says the shaft is 18"--which should accomodate my 17+" calf perfectly--but these must be AT LEAST 20", as I can not only tuck in my jeans but also slide my entire hand behind my calf down to the ankle. Too bad...they seems comfortable, and although I didn't realize when ordering that they are synthetic (which often causes stinky, sweaty feet) I would have kept them if the shaft were truly 18".

This boot is lovely, and the heel was perfect! Alas not for me. Boot ran tight and a bit short. I have ordered a half size larger since I wanted the option to wear socks with them. However, the biggest disappointment was that the calf is NOT wide. I have 19" calves and these needed an additional 3 inches before they could even begin to zip. The search for a true wide self boot continues.

These boots run a half size small. I am a 7 in all my shoes and boots but this boot was too tight so I returned and order 7.5 which fits perfectly. I have wide calf so I like these boots because they fit my 17.5 inches perfectly. I have both the brown and black because they are comfortable too.

Stylish boot and the wide calf circumference is perfect!

The boot itself is stylish and comfy. However the leather is much thinner than I like. It doesn’t feel real.. maybe it’s not and I didn’t realize that.
