I have been looking for a black patent leather pump that I can wear comfortably. I usually don’t wear heels because they hurt my feet. I have RA and have issues with my feet and knees. I usually buy vionic shoes, as they seem to be a brand that works for me. Vionic doesn’t make a pretty black patent leather pump and I had to look elsewhere. These Pumps are not only pretty but actually comfortable!!

Bought these inn Rich Taupe patent and the color is beautiful, exactly what I wanted. They are very comfortable with a thicker sole. However they are way too big, I usually wear an 8.5 W and after reading the reviews I ordered a 8 W and they are still too big. I am now not sure if I should try an 8 regular width or order a 7.5 W. I am so disappointed as these really nice shoes.

I usually take a 91/2 -10 so I ordered the 91/2, they are too big so I just ordered a 9. I have trouble with pointed shoes as my little toe on the left doesn't have enough room, I'm hoping these work out. I love their return policy!

These are so comfortable. Fit perfectly. Great style too. I think I have found my new favorite pumps.

Very comfortable for me. I have bunions and appreciate the wide width. I have three pair of these and they do not disappoint. As others have said, you might want to go a half size down on these.

I ordered three pair of heels. These are the only pair I am keeping - because compared to these, I cannot imagine wearing the other heels. These were so comfortable and it made the others seem ridiculous!

I love these shoes! Oh my gosh. They are so comfortable, I can wear them all day and not feel any tiredness in my feet or calves. These are awesome. Do go a half size under your normal small size. I am normally a 6 in clarks a 6-6.5 in other shoes. I ordered the 6 and they were too big - I exchanged for a 5.5 and they fit perfect. I never would have started with a 5.5 I haven't worn that size in years. But do go a full half size lower.

So glad I followed the instructions on the reviews & ordered a half size down! I Normally wear a size 6 and ordered a 5.5 which was perfect. The width was fabulous and accommodated my wide foot. Shoe felt very comfortable... can’t wait to wear them for work!

This shoe gives the illusion of a higher heel, but does not have the additional discomfort! After trial and error, I found the 7 1/2 W fit me, although I normally wear a 9! Definitely start with 1 size smaller! It is a sharp looking shoe!

Overall these pumps are fantastic! Slightly snug in toe area. Maybe they will give with some time? Comfortable to walk in. Love the shiny patent leather. Recommend using a dust cloth before/after use as they do attract dust.

I have just discovered the Rockport brand. Normally, I buy a more expensive shoe, but I am very hard on my shoes and expense does not always equate with style. These shoes are a practical solution for work wear. They are comfortable, easy to walk in and perfectly appropriate for business dresses. Rockport has now become my "go to" brand and this 7 low pump in particular.

Like many reviewers, I have tried pump after pump to find something both comfortable and stylish. These are fabulous, classic pumps. I love that the bottom is comprised of a sturdy, rubbery material. There is no slipping and no loud clomping down hallways. The heel height is perfect. Both comfortable and sexy. My 23 year old daughter loved them so much, we ordered two pairs for her immediately. The flat black, navy and taupe are really all one needs for an entire professional shoe wardrobe. Other shoes may seem fun but I promise you will reach for these automatically.

I should have listened to other reviewers. These were exactly a half size too big. Zappos exchanged them quickly and I got to speak with a person. Wonderful experience and the shoes in one half size smaller fit perfectly. Thank you.

Very comfortable, soft sole.

I am normally a 7 or 7.5 typically a 7 though. I bought a 7 in these and they fit perfect. Extremely comfortable. Classy trendy but very comfy. Doesn’t make loud clacky noise when walk. Comfy comfy. U get what u pay for.

Excellent quality and comfort

These are the most comfortable heeled shoes I have ever had! Normally I wear a 7 1/2 shoe in normal width and they always hurt around the bunion/toe area. I ordered wide width in a 7 and they are perfect! The soles are rubber and extremely practical for everyday wear! Bought sapphire blue and loved them so much I came back and ordered the black!

These shoes do run large. I am a size 11 and ordered that size. I returned them for a size 10 1/2 which was still to big. I ordered the 10 and still have a little room at the heel but am keeping these. They are a comfortable pump and look pretty.

Love these shoes! I am always nervous in heels that I’m going to lose my balance. These shoes are very sturdy and the sole has a nice bouncy-ness to it. They also come in a wide width which is helpful to me. They still look cute which is rare in a sturdy heel in a wide width. I am a true 7.5W...for me, the 7W fits perfectly.

Super comfortable heels. I’m usually uncomfortable in heels but love these.

I found that I had to size down a half size I did originally order a 9 1/2 which I normally wear I did size down to a nine after feeling my heel slip out quite a lot the nine worked well

These shoes are marvelous! I thought I would have to settle for dowdy low pumps to accommodate my bunion and arthritic feet. No more! I bought my regular size, 8 1/2 M, and they fit perfect right out of the box. I am thrilled. Beautiful classic pumps that go with everything from skinny jeans to a business suit in comfort. I have not worn heals for over 2 years. I love these. Forget 7-7 I leave the house at 5:45 am and don't' get back until 7:45 pm. I am beginning to think I can wear heal again.
