These shoes are almost identical to the Juliet pumps by Rockport. My Juliet pumps are cute, but they have not worn well. The heel bends and gives a little, which makes the shoes unstable. When I tried these on, I could tell they would have the exact same problem. The Rockport total motion pumps are not as cute, but they are pretty feminine and way more comfortable. So, I sent these back and kept the total motion pumps.

Wobbly shoe. Something is off balance.

I have bunions and the total motion pump is great. This one kills. Too narrow up top and hits at worst location for me.

So disappointed in these shoes, when i tried them on they felt good, and by the time i took them off after my first wearing, my feet were dying. Stretched after one wearing, so that i struggled to keep them from slipping off. If i could return them i would.

I should have believed the majority of other reviewers! I am always an 8 1/2 wide and these shoes were 1/2 size too big. i've just returned this pair and ordered a pair in size 8, hopeful i get the size right this time... Otherwise, seem comfortable (good padding) and they look exactly like they do in the photo online.

Crushed the toe box of one foot while managing to slip off the heel every time so I don't know how to describe this. Very uncomfortable over all--really felt like it was smashing my toes on both feet.

Well, Rockport has achieved a feat I would have believed impossible: making a round toe shoe feel like a pointy toe. The shape of the toe box "clipped" my fourth toe really hard and was excruciating to wear even for a few minutes. The shoe was also visibly too long for my foot, but it was in no danger of falling off because it gripped my heel so tightly along the sides. About the only way you could wear this shoe is if your fourth toe was A LOT shorter than your first three toes, and ideally all of your toes would be short by proportion to the rest of your foot. My foot is between a medium and a wide width on a Brannock device and my fourth toe is about half a centimeter shorter than my big toe; I can't imagine my foot is that unusual or that the shape of the toe box on this shoe wouldn't be a problem for most people. And while the shoe wasn't tight enough to be painful anywhere except my fourth toe, it was tight enough elsewhere that I can't believe this "wide width" would work on anyone with a truly wide foot. I am also a little alarmed by all the positive reviews this shoe has gotten, especially the ones indicating that it provides a good fit for a wide foot. This shoe is not wide, and it's actually very narrow if considered by proportion to the length (and it does run big lengthwise). I can only assume Rockport has a great team of fake reviewers working for them, or that a lot of Zappos customers are unaware of how many "medium width" shoes there are in the world that are wider than this "wide width."

I have a size 5 foot and up until recently have never had a problem with my shoes fitting. (Finding them is another story). But now I have to look for size 5 wide shoes. I just wasted $150! The shoes are longer as well as wider. I stepped out of them so much it was impossible to walk. I even stuffed a torn paper bag into each toe. It was all I had to work with, was very uncomfortable and didn't work. So now I'm stuck with shoes I can't wear, as I wore them or tried to wear them outside.

I love the look of these shoes, but they were too big! I wear a size 5 but in these shoes, I needed a 4.5, which of course doesn't exist. It killed me, but I had to send them back.

Unfortunately, I am between sizes. The 9.5 M was too short and the 10.0 M was way too big. Even trying to add pads (front) and heel pads didn't help. For that price, I wouldn't buy them unless they were a perfect fit. My problem is a narrow heel, and they did not come in narrow. The shoes are beautiful and the support is awesome. If you have the right fit, these are worth the price.

Good looking, nicely made pump--perfect for work. However, I had to return them because they were way too large. The front part of the shoe fit, but the heel flopped on and off. I typically wear an 8.5 to a 9. I had ordered an 8.5 based on reviews, but even that was big on me.

Size ran much bigger than expected. The color was also a bit more of a blush pink than tan or nude. Returned.

Horrible. The sole doesn't flex and therefore the shoe flip flops when I walk. Disappointing.
