I recently purchased these booties and they are wonderful. I have a longer thin foot and these boots worked well for me. The sides hit just at my ankle bone. The heel gives you a tiny lift. I have already worn the boots many times, and they broke in quickly. I suggest spraying them with a suede protector.

I was prepared to like these since they looked so nice online, but they were too narrow and tight. Unfortunately, I had to send them back.

Had trouble loving this boot. The color is great. The heel height is nice - just a little lift. Wasn't happy with the way the shaft curved up over the front of the ankle. Kind of a pleat effect. Made them look cheaper than their price tag. Also felt narrow on my foot.

I love this shoe so much that I just ordered my 3rd pair -- I replace them about once a year when the suede gets too dirty. I normally wear a 8M but order a 7.5W in this shoe and it's perfect. Perfectly snug around the ankle and very comfortable to wear for long periods of time. I have high arches and have no issues with these boots. Stylish and look great with both jeans and skirts. The only critique (which is minor) is that they are quite smooth when they are fresh out of the box and need a little scuffing up of the heel before they're super safe on slick floors.

These shoes are wonderful! Arrived quickly and looked just like the picture. Fit is perfect size 7, suede is high quality and zipper works perfectly!

I love these boots! I can wear them all day, which is unusual for me. I get a lot of compliments, fun.

This is my second pair of these boots. I bought them previously in Putty and loved them so much I purchased them in black. They fit perfectly the very first time I put them on - no blisters, no rubbing, extremely comfortable. I get compliments on them all the time and am so happy to have found such a comfortable and stylish pair of boots!

My new favorite boot. Not too high of a heel. I can wear them to the park with my 2 year old, and out to dinner with my husband. I'm an 8-8.5, and the 8 fit perfectly. I also have a thin foot and feel that a thick sock would be uncomfortable and so I'll say these run slightly narrow for a medium width.

I have thin narrow feet and usually wear a 7 or 7½. Since these boots run large and because I wanted to wear them mainly with dresses and tights, I took a chance and ordered a 6½. I am glad that I did! Breaking them in for the first week was a little painful, but the suede has loosened up a lot, and now they fit perfectly. Had I ordered a 7, I worry they would have been way too large after stretching out. They look adorable with anything, and have held up well to all of the walking I do in New York City so far. I love these boots!

Love these boots! I ordered my true size & it is very comfortable. Walk around for a few minutes for the toe area to adjust to your foot. I got them in black, then decided to get the moss green - read a review that it was more brown but it's not - it is a great color though. I'm thinking about the putty. Can wear these with anything! I did spray them with Scotchgard. Order them before they're gone - Zappos sent them in 24 hours!

Great boots! Color is a great neutral dark taupe and fit true to size! I cant say enough about Zappos service fast and so easy!

I mistakenly ordered a half size UP based on these reviews, and it's way too big. And I do not have a narrow foot...so it's not the width that is causing the large size issue. Order your exact size, is my advice. Cute shoe.

This is a great boot, great price, love it. I finally found my size at Zappos, and it came fast and in perfect condition!

I am a true 6.5 and felt that these were almost a half size too big. Also, there is footbed is very flat and with no padding. I never put insoles in my shoes, but put them in these boots. Once the insoles were in, the boots fit perfect to a 6.5 with socks. My feet are not narrow, nor wide, and did not have any issues with width of the boot.

Very comfortable, perfect heel height. The suede is nice too. I have a high arch and but did not have an issue with these. Good support. Zero break-in. I'll probably order the same shoe in other colors. Look great with a skirt, slacks or jeans.

I really love these boots. They were a bit more expensive than I was looking for but were totally worth it for both comfort and style. I got the moss color and it is in between green and brown. I think the picture looks a bit more brown than they really are in person. After reading reviews I ordered a size 8 (I am usually between an 8 and 8 1/2). Also I have a narrow foot and saw reviews that said they ran a bit narrow. That is true and therefore these fit me great with socks. The first day I wore them I had them on all day and they were extremely comfortable. Look great with skinny jeans and boot cut. Very happy!

These boots are beautiful. I purchased them on a whim. So comfy right out of the box, true to size in my opinion (I wear an 8). I purchased the olive green and it is a really rich color I'd say with a brownish hint to it. Goes with everything! I haven't worn them with a skirt yet but I know it will look super cute. Get em, you'll be glad you did. Oh, did I mention fantastic with skinnies and also for work with slacks.

These are great shoes! They are pretty comfortable and i did not get blisters after walking in them for a full day.

I got these in my normal size 8 1/2 and they are a perfect fit worn with a thin to medium sock. They are comfortable right out of the box and they are a great quality. Another wonderful shoe by Sam Edelman!

These are too cute for words! These are my favorite buy so far this season. I saw them in a magazine and finally found them at Zappos. They feel great and look great!

I haven't actually worn them out yet because it's still been too warm, but they fit fine and seemed comfortable enough in my house. They are incredibly cute in person and that was confirmed by my husband's eye roll when he saw them.

These shoes are true to size, very fashionable and comfortable brand new. No breaking in required.

This is a beautiful boot. I ordered it in the moss green color and it is more brownish than green and a very rich looking. The boot runs true to size and well worth the money. I got it the very next day. Zappos you are amazing!
