World Tour review - I work in the Atlanta Airport and do a lot of walking on hard floors. I purchased two pair, brown and black and where both exclusively. Great shoes.

Outstandingly comfortable if not especially attractive - With my various foot problems, it's amazing that I've been able to wear this shoe over 300 days a year. Especially good for wide feet -- the 2W stretches to your width w/o looking bad, not especially attractive, but can be worn as a dress shoe as well as a leisure one. Try it!

World Tour Elite - Encounter - My World Tour Elite shoes are very comfortable and the DMX air cushioning in the soles allow you to stand on concrete for hours. The "D" width seems to be just a little narrower than most shoes. These shoes are good looking and will last for years.

Just what the doctor ordered - I have a real problem with getting calluses on the outside of my big toe from wearing slip on, dress type loafers and my doctor told me to get wider toed, lace up styled shoes. Until I bought these, I couldn't find anything that would give me the comfort and room I needed and still be semi-dressy for work - These are the perfect pair of comfortable and high quality everyday work shoes for me - Great insole - Airy, yet supportive - They actually look pretty good as well. You cannot go wrong with Rockport in general and these are pretty close to perfect.

Rockport World Tour Elite- Encounter - This shoe fits like a glove and is true to size. A excellent shoe to wear for extended periods of time.

Great shoes - I love these shoes. They don't look too bad (at least for work!), and they're very comfortable. What I like most about them is, they're that way straight out of the box (I've had shoes that hurt me for a couple weeks before they're broken in-not so with these).

Fit perfectly. These were exactly what they claimed they would be and fit like a glove. Husband was very happy with them as he has trouble finding a comfortable shoe that fits right.

Comfortable Strong Shoe - Still have a well-worn Rockport ProWalker that's probably ten years old, and is similar to this shoe with regard to comfort. It is strongly made and not a mushy type of leather, yet surprisingly comfortable after my first day of wearing. After two weeks, it is still comfortable. I walk on flat concrete flooring for 8 hours a day.

Comfort at work - These shoes are some of the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. First off, the DMX (which is borrowed from Reebok) works perfect in creating a cushion-like feel to every step taken, a very dynamic system. The look of the shoe is perfect, casual yet it fits very well in an office environment. A very worthy shoe for those looking for comfort and style. Highly recommended!

Rockport World Tour - I have a narrow foot and if I buy the wrong shoe, my feet hurt all the time. With this shoe, I wore it all day the first day with no pain.

Just as expected - Like other Rockport shoes: solid, comfortable enough to be on my feet all day at work. Looks OK, nice soft uppers.

A typical black shoe - These shoes are really nice, your basic black comfort shoe.

Comfortable even new - I ordered these shoes because I needed a lightweight walking shoe in a narrow size and Zappos is one of a few places that I can do that. They came in just a day before we left for a 2 week trip to Europe. We did a lot of walking and standing on this trip and the shoes were very comfortable, even as I was breaking them in. It took a day to get used to the inserts that pump air under your foot from the ball of your feet. I like that they are very lightweight...

I wear this shoe to work. I am on my feet at least 80% of the day and these shoes are light while providing excellent support. I was so pleased with the first (black) pair; I bought a second (brown) pair. I guess I'm just a slave to fashion.

Excellent Shoe - Very comfortable and good looking shoe no need for break-in I really like this shoe.

Good Walking Shoe! Bought the shoe and received it on a Friday. Wore it in the house, then to work 2 days. Then went to Chicago and walked and walked in them. Comfortable with virtually no break-in period. Liked them better for walking than my tennis shoes. Better yet, could wear them with jeans during the day, and then wear them to a restaurant and concert at night!

Great shoe - I owned a pair of World Tour shoes years ago, but gave up on them because they looked too casual. These shoes made me happy I tried them again. Absolutely no complaints -- they're more stylish than my old ones, more comfortable and unlike some other "narrow" shoes I've owned, they fit true to size and width. I'm glad I bought two pair!

Excellent comfort and style - I've worn other Rockport’s for many years, but just tried this shoe for the first time and am very impressed with its quality of construction, absolute comfort, and good style. I would highly recommend trying it.

Comfortable and practical - As other reviewers have noted before me, these are not the most stylish of shoes. They are functional and comfortable though. They are a good choice instead of wearing tennis or running shoes with everything for comfort. They broke in very quickly and I have been satisfied with them. Good shoe for the price.

Rockport Encounter - I love this shoe, it looks very nice and is so comfortable. I would buy this shoe again. The service was also great!

Good value shoe. I tend to be a value oriented consumer. I had worn Rockport Pro Walkers for years. I started when Rockport was advertising that the Pro Walker was the "shoe worn by most Postal carriers." Over the years lasts have changed and quality has declined. I decided to upgrade a bit to the World Tour Elite. For a few dollars more I got a shoe that has a higher level of finish and a more comfortable foot bed insert and is still the same style. I love it.

Rockport review 2 - The Rockport World Tour Elite looks excellent. Also is very comfortable. Definitely would recommend.
