While a show with no laces sounds great in theory, in reality the stretchy laces made it so that my daughyer’s foot kept slipping out of the heel when running. Had to return them.

The tongue of the shoe constantly drifts to the side but that didn't bother my daughter. She wore them a total of 6 times and now the "laces" are so stretched out that they are unwearable. Did they not test these before putting them on the market?

Daughter loves the shoes, but bought them a little big as she is growing fast. They seem to run true to size.

Good Fit, Looks Nice

My daughter loves these shoes because they are so easy-on-easy-off. The only thing I would fault these shoes on is the tongue of the shoe. It isn't held in place other than at the toe end of the shoe. So, the more she runs and walks the tongue slides our of place.

Overall nice fit, the elastics weren't strong enough to keep the foot from slipping out so we ended up replacing the elastics with regular shoe laces and worked well.

My daughter loves these! She likes the slip on style. She wears them for running and they seem to be holding up well. Plus they are pretty!

My daughter loves the easy slip on and off athletic shoe. We purchased the wide width and New Balance has been our go to brand the past couple of years. She also enjoys the no tie laces....the laces are stretchy and finds the shoe as well as the uppers/toe box to be very comfortable.

Seems true to size and comfortable. Colors match a lot of clothes.

Fits my 9 year old daughter perfectly. She needs wide width shoes, and not many brands carry them. Elastic "laces" are nice so we don't need to worry about them coming undone. So pleased to find these which were comfy and also pretty.

These laces do not have the ability to tie. My daughter's feet are quite narrow so the lack of laces allow the shoe to slip right off. I will be returning.

PERFECT!! My 9 year old daughter is very, very particular about her shoes, and finds most of them to be uncomfortable. But these shoes were soft enough and flexible enough that they didn't "squeeze" her foot. What I like best is that the laces are elastic, so they stretch to allow her to put the shoes on but they can't come untied because there's nothing to tie. We've had to try and return many, many, many shoes, but now that we've found these, our search is over. I hope New Balance never stops making them.

Super cute shoes, but the elastic lace has obviously been stretched out that they won’t provide a secure fit. Another person who purchased and returned these damaged them or they were defectively made as the inside of the box was colored on by another customer and then taped together.

I initially bought these thinking they were traditional laced shoes. They DO NOT HAVE LACES; the “laces” are just permanently attacted elastic. They are slip-on shoes. My daughter would have kept them, but we both worried that the elastic would stretch too much over time rendering them useless to wear. There is another listing for the exact sane shoe that HAS laces to tie. It’s your own preference, but these did feel loose straight from the box. Note: My daughter has average to *slightly* wide feet and these still felt a bit loose on her. If your child has narrow feet, I would probably not recommend these, but go with the actual laced version. Good shoe though, just the elastic was a no-go for us.

Does NOT tie - only elastic instead of laces. This was not clear to me from description.

Bought for my ten year old as a school shoe. She loves them and says they are super comfortable!

The shoes are very soft and nice. My little girl loved them.
