The heel strap is not adjustable and due to it's forward placement, it pushes the foot at least 1/2" (maybe 1") forward in the shoe. Hence, quite a bit of sole behind the heel and the arch not in the right position. I returned them.

The red is much darker and less attractive (subjective) than shown on the website photo. Peace

I'm a 9.5 or 10 depending on the shoe. I felt the 9 was a better fit, however the molding of the footbed was too narrow for my heel. I had to return them

I really wanted to like these. I love my chaco flips, they have less support and aren't ideal for lots of walking so I ordered these in hopes of wearing them to Disney World. Firstly, they are surprisingly heavy. I was shocked by the weight. I ordered these as well as some Tevas, and these must weigh 10 times as much as the tevas. The tevas didn't offer any support so I decided on these (BTW-My wife bought the Tevas and LOVED them). I wore them to work so I could try them out in a carpeted area to fully test them and I could hardly make it through the day. Even though I am used to the texture of the footbed (on my flips), the bottoms of my feet hurt most of the day. The straps weren't too much of a problem, but my calves and knees were also killing me by the end of the day. I'm not disagreeing with all of the positive reviews, but they were definitely not right for me.

The straps aren't adjustable, in any way. If you don't have a frail, narrow foot, forget these. Also, they didn't feel like they'd embrace your foot well at all and didn't seem like they'd feel comfortable as a result. Returned.

The non adjustable straps were strangling my ankle, while also allowing a MAC truck to park between the toe strap and my feet. Walking in them was near impossible with them falling from my toes with each step. Definitely did not live up to all the hype.

The shoes were damaged when they arrived. The sole of the shoe was already separated from the upper part - maybe defective glue or something. Too nervous to try for a second pair since that could happen after several uses and then they would not be eligible for return. Overall they looked like very poor quality, which is too bad. Chacos used to be good shoes.

The Size was fine but the strap was impossible to adjust on one sandal. Had to return them. Even if I could have adjusted the other shoe, the strap from the buckle would have been dragging as I walked. Too bad as they felt very comfortable and provided good arch support.
