Ordered these as a gift--he wears a 9.5 so I ordered a 9 and they fit perfectly. This sandal is much lighter than the Classic.

Very comfortable. This new cloud footbed is what all chaco sandals should come equipped with. It's not quite as cushy as my Teva Toachi's, but it's a much better ride than the regular Chaco Luvseat. It's too bad I can't send some of my old ones in and let them install the pillow-top footbed into them. I'd do every single pair that way.

Really happy with this purchase. Wore all day while hiking - was worried the straps might become uncomfortable after a bit but they held up really well. Definitely recommend!

Great sandal! I have always loved Chacos for their high quality, solid arch support and efficient design but the hard, textured foot pad was rough on my tender feet. The z/cloud solved this with a cushioned, comfortable foot pad. Thanks Chaco for making the improvement! Great delivery service by Zappos as always!

These sandals are phenomenal! I ordered them while on vacation and wore them the first day for 5+ miles at Disney World. And they left my feet feeling amazing! Seriously...buy them if you're thinking about the Chaco sandal line. My other Chacos (Updraft Bulloo) were a terrible model (plastic heel piece thing). I'm so glad I made this purchase!

I bought the Woman 7 and it ran two sizes too big it was running like a size 9 I had a family member try them on they are a size 9 I want Chaco kids they fit a lot better. I return the woman and went with the kids.

Even when properly adjusted according to the enclosed directions, the straps don't fit correctly as the heel strap doesn't slide through it's supports. Otherwise it's a nice sandal.

Runs large, comfortable with good support for longer walks / short hikes. Straps mostly resizable but not all of them. Good traction in and around ocean/lakes/boats.

I wear a size 9W in women’s shoes. I ordered a size 7 in these men’s shoes hoping it would work. The length is okay, but unfortunately, they are just too narrow for me across the mid and fore foot, and these straps can’t be adjusted. My toes squash together, and the straps dig into the sides of my feet in a visually displeasing manner. I’ll unfortunately be returning these. My search for wide active sandals continues!

These had great arch support and the straps adjust to customize the fit. However, after I finished adjusting the fit, there was a lot of extra strap that dragged on the floor. Although I liked the sandal, I didn't like the strap dragging behind. Apparently this is a common problem. I saw online, that some people tie the excess strap in a knot. I didn't like that solution. I also felt that the texture of the footbed was not smooth and I found it irritating. It's too bad because these sandals looked great and I thought the quality was excellent. I returned them.

Loved the sandals they just run really large, like a whole size large.

I bought these after finally giving in to my Chacos I’ve had for 17+ years, only had to have the straps replaced after my dog chewed them. Wish they still partnered with Vibram soles. And had more options for stripe styles for each style.

Perfect for summer use. Stable and comfortable!

Have been looking for a wide fitting sandal for regular daily use. These seemed to fit my criteria. Liked everything except I felt the sole was very stiff and heavy. Probably great for outdoors activities but did not feel they were flexible/comfortable for daily use. So decided to keep looking.

I've only worn them one time out of the house. It's still rather cold out. With that said, they feel ok. I'm not certain I understand why they cost $105. It's a piece of formed to a generic foot piece of tire with straps. I was hoping for extremely nice leather that would wear to comfort with time. So it gets an average for style. For $105, I want bells and whistles, not blah...

It took me three days to figure out that the straps are able to be loosened. Once I did that they for great!

The shoe is great but not good for a man with a thick foot. Straps were too tight.

Nice and solid pair of shoes. I have wide feet and these fit great. This pair should last a long time.

I have very wide feet, but they don't make this in a wide. The originals come in wide, but the cloud soft sole is so much better than the original. I ended up exchanging a size bigger, and they fit pretty well if maybe a little long. Very comfortable.

They were okay, but I had two issues that led to me returning them. The big one was that the straps felt rough and scratchy to me and it is just hard to imagine them being comfortable for hours at a time. Two, while I liked not having to deal with velcro for putting them on and off, I found having a bunch of extra strap just flapping around annoying.

It was named the cloud I felt like I was on a hard piece of rubber and there was not much soft footbed to mold to my feet. Perhaps I needed to give it several weeks, but chose not to.

Since Chaco does not make half sizes these just do not fit me. 10 is a tad too small and size 11 is definitely too big. So no Chaco style for me.

For my relatively flat feet with a narrow heel, the larger straps on the Mega Z/Cloud are much more comfortabe.

the size was good. too difficult to adjusts the straps. Had to fool with the straps too much to get a good fit and the strap across the front of the foot sat back to far.
