I have a pair of Z/Cloud 2 Chacos that fit like a glove so I was surprised that this pair in the same size, didn't fit. I know the style is a bit different but didn't think that would make a difference. The footbed was fine, but the straps were too long. I tightened them as far as they would go and they were still a bit loose. I never have to order narrow shoes but I definitely felt like my feet were to narrow for these. That said, I love Chacos so it's all about finding the right style for your feet I guess. This style just isn't for me size wise, but it's super cute and very comfortable.

These rubbed my inside foot so bad in Thailand that I had to buy different shoes whilst there! It was the most random spot to get a blister. Prior to purchasing new shoes while there I had to wear them around at the beach and such and it was beyond painful! The support and comfort were awesome other than the weird rubbing from the side material next to the arch of my foot—it’s like the material was rougher.

I have tried this sandal in an 8m, too narrow for sure, my foot hung over side by arch then ordered an 8W, felt like I had paddles on my feet, way TOO WIDE looking then ordered a 9M but that one was so long. I felt like I would of tripped easily with the length. I wish they had half sizes. I usually wear an 8.5 in shoes.

This is the second pair of Chacos I have tried and they just do not fit the contours of my feet and feel very hard. I got the cloud version hoping it would feel like more of a cushion, but it didn't. Unfortunately, they will be going back.

Way too narrow for my foot and my feet aren’t wide, they are pretty normal. Sending back.

I wish these sandals didn’t need to be returned . I ordered two sizes. One is too small, the larger size was too too roomy. The arch support would be wonderful if it fit my foot properly and the bottom of the sandal is super cushiony . Too bad. Gonna need to keep looking. Thanks Zappos.

I love these shoes and much prefer them to the style that puts a strap across your toe. I have a mid to high arch. I love these for light hikes or as water shoes.

I love these soft footbed. I have been wearing Chaco sandals my whole adult ifs…back to when they were called Geckos. A few years ago, I got tired of the hard footbed and was looking for a different brand, when I discovered they came in a soft footbed, which is perfect for me. I love the color too! I wear them for kayaking, stand up paddle boarding, creek walking and summer gardening! Very happy I gave them a shot!

These Chacos have become my summertime staple. The adjustable straps mean they will always fit perfectly, and the sole is tough as nails and gives a lot of support for a sandal. And, no problem wearing these in the rain.

Love this shoe. Have purchased several pairs, various colors. Can count on them to be comfortable from day one, no breaking in. The durability of is outstanding as I wear them most every day and can get a good year plus before they need to be replaced.

The Chaco's sandals for women that don't go between the big toe seem to run larger than the Chaco's that do have a strap around the big toe. I ordered a size down for these, and they fit fine. Also, because of the great arch support, they take a little getting used to. Overall, these are great sandals, and I love the color I ordered!... reminds me of the Southwest.

I LOVE this shoe. It hurts to return it--but I have a wide foot, and this won't work for me. Please, Chacos, make D width available in this pattern!

I have had Chacos before however these are by far the most comfortable pair. I think they must have changed the design since I bought my last pair. I wear size 10 women, regular width. These sandals run true to size. LOVE the color.

Style is so ugly, but the fit was great!

A little hard to get the straps just right so they don't hurt. Footbed very comfortable. Love the colors. Had to cut straps off once I got them adjusted just right because my foot is very low volume.

So very Comfy right out of the box! Chacos are supportive for my feet. Long days of walking and my feet/back are happy. These are great just as my other 6 pairs are. True to size for me.

I was on the fence about picking these up. I tried the mega z cloud and they just were not that comfortable out of the box. This shoe is so comfortable with a lower arch and a nicer texture on the inside. I normally wear an 8.5 and found that the 8 fits perfect. If you want a really nice adventurous sandal give em a try! Zappos makes it easy to find the right fit and the right style!

I loved the Clarks arch support and ortho heel with the low heel cup, but they can’t be found any more. So when I saw Chacos I couldn’t wait to try them! They support your back with the orthotic insole. I have had 2 spinal fusions and flat insoles or even worse the padded raised insoles kill my back! I found the wider straps on the Mega Z sandals to be the most comfortable on my foot. They also help with general body support. The soft Cloud insole also makes them comfortable while still being supportive. I guess I have finally found my shoe! Can’t wait to try some other styles!

My old Chacos, at least 7 years old, are finely breaking down. So I needed a new pair. These are more colorful than what I had before and will go with so many outfits. I where my Chacos all summer lung. Take them paddle boarding, kayaking, walking in streams and shallow lakes. These fit the bill perfectly!

True to size and the width is adjustable straps . I walk a lot , live on a river and spend time in the water as well as gardening and lawn mowing . Why did I wait so long to buy these shoes ? They rinse off at the end of the day and I'm headed to town in them in minutes.
