This shoe is super comfortable, but I ordered my size, 8.5, and had to return it for a half size smaller, an 8, which fit.

I followed the advice of other zappos shoppers and purchased a half size smaller than my usual 7.5. Out of the box they were quite comfortable but I wore them on carpeting at work, just to be sure I could return the smaller size if needed. After wearing them for about 2 days, I could tell that the size 7 was perfect. My feet are pretty wide but these did not squeeze my feet or rub in any way. The length was also good and my toes didn't squeeze in at the tip, despite the fact that these were a half size smaller than what I wear in nearly every other shoe. I'm really happy I read all the reviews and find these to be super cute and comfy shoes.

I adore Toms! Simple, classic, and on trend all rolled into one shoe. This isn’t my first pair of Toms and won’t be my last. If wondering g about sizing; they definitely run long. I usually wear an 9 in most shoes, but order an 8 in Toms.

These are super cute? I have a slightly wide foot so they are a little snug (which is why I gave 4 stars for comfort). As were the red canvas ones I have. I did notice the canvas stretched faster than these wool ones. But they are slowly getting there! I had to wear them around the house for a week to get them comfortable enough to wear outside.

I've worn Toms classic shoe for years now and it's been my best go-to shoe. I have high arches and the sole wears down well to accommodate that. I have narrow feet so they tend to be a little gapping on the sides but I prefer to get my true size instead of one down because certain colors have a tendency to wear down faster and your toe busts through. These shoes can last a long time and then be great water shoes once the color is worn. Like the teal color!

I love them! It's like going barefoot. I did order a 1/2 size down after reading other reviews. Good advice. I have a narrow foot and they fit nicely so if you have a wide foot, beware of that.

They are a sturdy shoe that is also really cute and lightweight. Good for wearing to work, or a night out. I can walk a fair amount in them without my feet hurting. It takes a day or two to break into them, I have a very high arch and wide feet, so these shoes are a little tight on me on the top and in the toes, but I hope with wearing them more that they loosen up more.

These are just as pictured and very comfortable. The very first time I wore them was on an all day shopping trip, and I did not have any problems or discomfort. Size was pretty true. I vary between a 6½ and a 7, and based on reviews I ordered the 7. I had to return them and get the 6½, so if you are between sizes, I recommend you go with the smaller one.

Love these wooly Toms! I ordered these in an 8.5 and canvas Toms in 8. The canvas ones fit perfectly. These didn't hurt but felt pretty snug and other reviewers said they didn't stretch as much as the canvas so I ordered the 9 in these to compare. The 9 was too big so stuck with my 8.5. They have stretched some and are very comfortable. Just be aware that you might need to order these in a larger size than your canvas Toms.

These are very comfortable and this material is super soft. The sizing is a bit difficult. I am usually a 7½-8 and got these in 7½. They are slightly big in one foot, but fine in the other (that is how my feet are). I could have probably gone down a half size yet to a 7. I do not wear them with socks. Otherwise they are a great look.

Were great until started to fray and get holes in random places.

I was excited to try on a pair of the ubiquitous Toms Classics but was unhappy with the super slippery sole. I felt nervous just walking around on our hardwood floors. The toe box also wasn't wide enough for me. Bummer!

I loved the original Toms shoes. The newer ones have stiffer material and what used to be a comfy leather type insole is now plain fabric. I keep ordering them hoping for the quality I loved but always send them back.

These were cute for the first few times I wore them...and then started to fall apart. I walk on cobblestone streets/sidewalks, so I know I'm hard on my shoes, but this was ridiculous. To pay so much and then have them look like trash so quickly? Bummer. I won't be buying this brand again. Total let down.

The item I received was not as pictured. The image had the brown leather insole and what I received had a rough linen type insole. I will return.

One shoe fit and the other didn't - I'd previously gotten three pair in this style and loved them and since that time, all of them come with one shoe slightly bigger than the other.

I initially liked these shoes a lot. They were super comfortable and pretty cute. I’m sad to say that they didn’t even make it through one school year, though. I’m an elementary teacher and I’m on my feet a lot. These shoes made it from mid-September until the beginning of March. I didn’t wear them every day, and when I did, it was inside. They’re already worn out and have a gaping hole in the toe. Total disappointment!
