Sadly Toms just aren't what they used to be. I've worn Toms for years and now the quality and comfort has gone down hill. They seems stiffer, thinner, and just aren't what they used to be.

Had a bad shoe bite and a bleeding wound would not recommend for the price charged

One shoe bigger than the other. Previously got three pairs of Tom's in the same style and loved them. Then bought four or maybe five more in the same style hoping they'd be as wonderful as the first ones were and all have one shoe slightly larger than the other. So one shoe is perfect and the other is just enough bigger to be uncomfortable. I wanted to love them but couldn't. So they all sit unworn in my closet.

Well, these suck. I have another pair of Toms that are quite comfortable, and I thought this pattern was cute and versatile. I ordered them in my usual size -8.5 - and I can’t even get them on my feet. They fit terribly small. I don’t even have wide feet.

It was too small, I couldn’t even put my foot in them. I have other pairs of TOMS in my closet in the same size that fit wonderfully. These will be returned.

Cheap, poorly made shoes

Stiff as a board. The only flex was mid-sole. Returning.

Loved these shoes, but after 5 months the back heel on one of the shoes is ripping. From the reviews it looks like at least one other person has had this problem too. So disappointed as I loved the fit and style. The quality though doesn't appear to be there. This was my first pair of Toms.

These look great but are so narrow I couldn't get them on to try them out. Normally I can wear a regular width but go with wide for comfort. These are a narrow - couldn't even get my foot in the shoe. They don't appear to have much for arch support.

We're stretched out at the heel when received-way too loose

I do not know if I have simply become accustomed to more comfortable shoes or if Toms have severely dipped in quality, but these are not the shoes I remember. These were awful to wear! No support, digging into the back of my heal and cutting into the top of my foot. AND I ONLY WORE THEM AROUND THE HOUSE FOR A COUPLE HOURS! Returning and would not recommend.

I'm not sure what happened with these. They were waaaay too small. I couldn't even get my foot in them. Sometimes I need 8 instead a 7.5, but this 7.5 felt like a 5.5. I wonder if my shoes were mislabeled. Hope everyone else has better look.

Unfortunately, while I love this shoe, it barely lasted 2 months of only occasional wear. I have had many TOMS in the past and while I know that I won't get a long life out of them, I have never had a pair that last this short a time.

I ordered a 9.5 and the length of the fit was good but not near the back of the foot on the sides - way too big - I wanted to like these so much - I wore them briefly 2 times and decided I didn't like them at all - just gave them away

I really loved the style of these shoes, and they were pretty comfy after a few wearings to break them in. But unfortunately the heels began fraying after a week or two. Really disappointed. I had even ordered another pair in a different pattern because I liked the shoes so much, but discovered the fraying just as the second pair arrived--sent them back immediately.

I have about 10 pairs of Toms and this is the first pair that I have had to size up to an 8 1/2. I normally wear an 8, which is usually a bit snug but then stretches within 1 wear. I had originally ordered an 8, wore then and to my surprise they did not stretch and were quite painful. I am now wearing the 8 1/2 with no problem, but I lost my money, as Zappos does not take back worn shoes. This shoe also has a different insole than my other Toms, which I think contributes to the tight fit. My suggestion is order a half size up.

My shoes came and they where all stained yellow called CS sent out a new one pair same thing, yellow stains all over. Also this was my purchase here so won't be in the future.

I really love the comfort of Toms but these literally fell apart and the pink/red color faded in spots all over the shoe in less then a week. They just don't last long but I would have hoped longer then 2 weeks tops before I put them in the "wear in the yard" pile.
