This was a gift to my husband for Christmas. He has difficulty finding shoes wide enough. He has worn them several times already and seems very pleased.

Nice looking shoe, almost dressy. Certainly goes easily with jeans or khaki's. A bit long. I had to drop a half size and I still have toe room.

I am a big guy and have trouble finding wide shoes that work for my high instep and that are comfortable for work. I have had these for about six weeks and these are great shoes and pretty stylish, too. I have found these to be very comfortable, and they needed no break in. The arch support is OK, but for my size/foot, needs a little more support through the instep, so I added some insoles and they are really great (there is plenty of room for those).

Very comfortable shoe like every other Rockport. Simple with a classic look. They work great with jeans. A staple in every man's wardrobe.

These are super comfortable shoes though they rubbed the back of my heel a little bit while wearing them in. These are incredibly versatile and the sole is incredibly flexible. I loved the look of them so ordered them as a woman though they are mens but have gotten many compliments.

These shoes are fantastic. They have quickly become my favorite. Very comfortable! I can dress them up or down. Great to walk in!

I absolutely recommend these boots. They're comfortable and they look great. Shipping was incredibly fast. I ordered then on a Sunday evening and they arrived Tuesday afternoon.

These boots have become a part of my every day wardrobe now. The 10.5W met my needs and fit my wide feet just right. They were a bit uncomfortable in the foot bed in the beginning. I added some Dr Scholl's inserts and they were good to go. The liner in these boots really do keep your feet warm in the colder months. That liner paired with the leather and they don't breath as well as one would hope. So treat the inside with good smelling stuff occasionally to keep any stink away. They have great grip as well for the colder wetter months. They wore in nicely and have a nice patina to them now. The only other bad thing was the shoe laces fell apart quickly so I had to replace them. Docking it a star on comfort and the laces, but still love them all the same.

These shoes run long. My husband has wide feet and is usually size 9.5. Ordered sizes 8.5, 9, and 9.5 all in wide. The 8.5s are too tight, but the length is good. The width of the 9s is good but they are a little long, the 9.5s were ridiculously long. He says they are comfortable--not for serious walking all day (like sightseeing), but for a regular office work day.

I really like the style, fit, and the quality of construction. These are very comfortable shoes for casual wear. The soles are thinner than those on other Rockport shoes and do not provide much cushioning for walking on hard surfaces. The inserts are easy to remove. So I replaced them with some gel ones. This helped a lot but also added to the total cost of the shoes.

This is such good quality. It definitely needs to be broken in before wearing for an extended period of time. Overall this is good but I should be able to tell you more after six months.

These have a unique pebble grain finish. They are good with chinos or jeans. They are not as comfortable as I would expect from Rockport. They are not uncomfortable shoes, but there is not a lot of cushion and they also seem a little narrow. I am not sure if these will be great if walking around all day, but I could not find any other shoes this style that were better.

Great looking shoe and very nice support, unfortunately their wide just isn't wide enough (for me). Had to send them back and find a wider shoe. I've had good experience with Rockports in the past, as well as the models from Clarks that they offer in widths. Rockport, if you ever make an extra-wide, let me know!

Unfortunately, the photo is better than reality with these shoes. The style looks great in the pic, but in reality the finish on the leather looks cheap and the shape of the shoe is dated and not stylish. I would pass as I had to return them and look elsewhere.

great fit and super comfy but very poor durability. I bought these for a trip to Paris and after one week they were already showing significant signs of wear. Two months later and they are look like two year old boots. Super comfy, great style, but poor durability

I was so surprised by the outsole on these I didn't even try them on! They wouldn't last a year in harsh weather of Michigan. Oh well, on to a more expensive and higher quality shoe that can be worn in places other than an office.

The left shoe fit perfectly but the right one impinged on the superior side of the joint between the medial metatarsal and phalange. I tried walking around the house to see if the material would stretch out. It seemed to work a bit, but the next morning when I put them on, it felt just as tight as the day before. Ergo I decided to return them. I bought the D width, as that is my size; maybe the EE would fit OK.

This is the most comfortable and stylish (conservative) of the myriad chukka-style boots out there (I've tried many). However, the laces started to shred at the fourth wearing and now at the 9th, they've had to be replaced. This is perhaps a minor quibble; then again, this is an expensive shoe. I am a Rockport fan, but disappointed in this quality flaw.

Good looking shoe but construction is too lightweight for other than office. Too thin of sole for walking the dog on local trails. With sturdier construction and leather lining instead of fabric this would be a keeper.

These Chukkas would have been fantastic if it wasn't for the leather Rockport used. The soles look great, the styling looks fantastic, and the pictures on Zappos made them look great. However, upon receiving the brown, they are much lighter than in the picture, and the leather has a very uniform color going on along with very pronounced graining in the leather. It detracts from the look so much they look like a completely different boot. Comfort and all that seems to be there as with most Rockports, I just can't get over the styling, still looking for the perfect Chukka.

I have a hard time finding comfort for my wide, square cut feet. I tried a 10½EE but that was way too long. These replacement 10EEs were also too long. I cannot blame Rockport for that, but the leather quality of the second pair was not as good as the first pair.

I liked the boots at first, would probably have given them 3-4 stars initially. The soles were not quite as comfortable as you would expect from a Rockport brand shoe, but other than that I liked them. The problem is they wore out extremely fast in the soles. Most likely from how thin the material is. I have only had these 8-9 months, wearing them about 4 times a week to my office job and the soles are showing the material underneath the outer sole around the heels and toes.

The shoes had scuff marks all over so I had to return them. These shoes have great style, but I just wish the shoes were actually new and not used.
