This is the second pair of these shoes in this color for me (I have them in black as well). The reason I bought this pair is because I loaned them to my 19 year old son and he asked to keep them. I agreed because it gave me an excuse to buy new ones

Style is classic. Quality of construction is what I really buy for since I want to be able to replace heels and soles when they wear out. As an older person with some swelling in my feet I can't wear loafers any more so I appreciate being able to buy lace-up shoes with a good fit (wide)

Johnston & Murphy Conrad Dress Casual shoe is both comfortable and attractive. I purchased one pair in black calfskin. It has a slender profile which looks and feels great for my feet, which run on the narrow side. I'm very satisfied with the purchase, and I'm considering picking up the another pair in tan.
