Love these shoes! I am always nervous in heels that I’m going to lose my balance. These shoes are very sturdy and the sole has a nice bouncy-ness to it. They also come in a wide width which is helpful to me. They still look cute which is rare in a sturdy heel in a wide width. I am a true 7.5W...for me, the 7W fits perfectly.

Super comfortable heels. I’m usually uncomfortable in heels but love these.

I found that I had to size down a half size I did originally order a 9 1/2 which I normally wear I did size down to a nine after feeling my heel slip out quite a lot the nine worked well

These shoes are marvelous! I thought I would have to settle for dowdy low pumps to accommodate my bunion and arthritic feet. No more! I bought my regular size, 8 1/2 M, and they fit perfect right out of the box. I am thrilled. Beautiful classic pumps that go with everything from skinny jeans to a business suit in comfort. I have not worn heals for over 2 years. I love these. Forget 7-7 I leave the house at 5:45 am and don't' get back until 7:45 pm. I am beginning to think I can wear heal again.

Runs much larger in the wide sizes. I tried my usual (7 or 7.5) and both way too large. Even 6.5 is too large. I have never worn a 6W in my life but I am going to give it a try because they do seem comfortable.

I needed basic black pump for church, and this works great! The shoe was really comfortable to stand in right out of the box. The heel is just the right height, and the show has enough arch support for my flat feet! Very happy with this purchase!

I like these shoes very much. Very pretty and surprisingly wearable.

These are great for comfort. Just basic pumps. I have a neuroma in one foot that causes a lot of pain if there is anything constricting my forefoot. This comes in wide width and has a rounder toe bed instead of pointy. I have not yet given up on shoes that are semi cute but do not kill my foot, these will do for my daughter's wedding. I ordered the taupe color, may get the black too now that I know they work.

Really nice shoes. Well made and quality leather (no breaking in required). I purchased the patent leather. I order my usually 9 1/2 wide. If a shoe isn’t going to fit me, it’s because it’s not wide enough and/or runs too small. So I was stunned to see a shoes that was too big on me (width was fine). It just NEVER happens. The heel worked out well and did not bother my left foot that has mid arthritis and Morton’s Neuroma in the left foot.

LOVE this line from Rockport! Comfortable cushion, perfect heel height. I have a bad knee and back and cannot pull off high heels anymore, but these are perfect for me. I normally wear an 8.5 and exchanged for an 8. Just a TINY narrow at ball of foot in the 8 but better than the 8.5 slipping off my heel.

I'm 5'9" and typically shy away from heels in favor of comfort. These look great and enabled me to go all day with no blisters - usually unheard of for me and new shoes.

Love these heels! I cannot pull off a really high heel anymore, so these are perfect. I’m a solid 8.5, but these kept sliding off my heel, so I’m exchanging for an 8.

Love these shoes. This is my third pair. They are THE most comfortable heels you will ever own. I’m 5’1” so I need a little boost in height but my feet don’t tolerate high heels well anymore. These shoes allow me to wear a professional looking heel that gives me a boost in height without killing my feet. Love these!! ??

Really liked these shoes but were too small. Had to return. Reordering in a full size larger.

I SO much wanted to love these shoes--I thought they would be perfect, cushy insoles, rubber forefoot outer sole, almond toe, nice heel (not too high and not too short)! But I just can't make them work! The toe is so structured that, even though the shoe is a tad long, my big toe rubs against the side of the toe of the shoe. This was why I wanted an almond toe rather than a pointed toe...but I'm finding the Cole Haan pointed toe easier on my toes. I just can't figure it out...these seem to have a roomy toe box, but maybe it is the angle of the point of the toe? The angle is greater than on a pointed toe. And, while I am admittedly impossible to fit in heels, other almond toed shoes feel better. I just don't know what the answer is, but these will be a dream for people with normal feet. They are extremely cushioned inside, have just the right height and shape of heel, the almond toe doesn't make feet look huge, they are great! Just not for me. Thank you so much, Zappos, for letting me try all the shoes I did to narrow down what I can actually wear and tolerate and what I can't. Turns out I wear a smaller size than I thought in most shoes, and turns out that I ended up liking the almond toe and mid heel in Cole Haan best, although my feet are less than thrilled even with them. These are great shoes for someone!

These are the most comfortable heels I've ever owned. Easy to get through an 8+ hour workday in style. Highly recommended! I usually wear a 9, but ordered these in an 8.5 wide width and they're absolutely perfect.

I have 9-1/2 wide width feet and unfortunately, these were not wide enough for me-they killed my foot after wearing them once. I have since realized that in pumps I need a WW shoe. Lesson learned and too late to send back.

Beautifully made shoes, and the secret platform under the toes makes the heel height feel like it is less than 2", even though it looks much higher. I can't get the sizing right to fit my weird feel (bunions, one foot longer than the other, narrow heels, bulgy toes) but I am going to return and try another size because I like these SO much.

I have a wide, high arch, and bunion. These shoes would be super for a normal foot. I love the sole, but, it was just too tight in too many places to keep! I'm giving it 5 stars for comfort as it would be applicable for a normal foot!

These shoes are super comfortable and don't require any "breaking in". The first day I wore them was all day to work, followed by an evening event the same day. They look great and help dress up any outfit.
