Solid bag. Really nice on the shoulders - no aches and pains from high loads. It's not completely waterproof (it doesn't say that it is, but it's lined with umbrella material) and sometimes the straps don't stay closed. They have magnets on them - and sometimes snap open. Still a great bag - laptop sleeve is well made and top quality.

Really fun backpack. Very comfortable, laptop section is great, and the zipper compartment is also helpful for keys, small things. It's not waterproof - though the lining seems to be like umbrella material.

This is a solid backpack for the price. The build quality is solid - it feels like it will last me quite some time - and it is quite comfortable to use. Even with a full change of clothes, my laptop, and the charger in it, I do not really notice the weight. I get compliments on the styling all the time. It is a pretty huge bag and you can definitely fit a lot in it. It could use more compartments; you have to just toss everything in the main area and fish things out when you need them. There are small pockets for pens/headphones etc.

This pack is very sturdy, and well put together. I bought it to use as a motorcycle pack and it works great. The straps are completely aesthetic other than the magnetic clips that act as the clasp, and at times it can be difficult to deal with, but none the less a nice modern touch.

This backpack is so cute! I do wish the quality were a little bit better for the price, but overall its not bad. Just for reference- I was able to fit a textbook and 4 notebooks as well as other miscellaneous in the big pocket and my laptop did fit in the laptop pocket (for 17'' laptops) but it was a tight fit. The only thing I don't really like is that the bag is very tall and not very wide so I have a feeling that stuff could get lost in the bottom of the bag. On the plus side the padded back and straps are comfortable.

This is a great backpack, its roomy and I love the laptop case built-in to the bag. The only con is it needs more compartments inside. It is one open space with no separation. The style is unique and I have received tons of compliments on it.

Padding on straps and back are really bulky. It seemed that the backpack hung too low. Otherwise, really cool style and color but had to return.

The backpack was a little bit larger than I expected - it looked kind of ridiculous on my back. The color was really spot on though. However, my biggest critique of this backpack was the lack of pockets - after using it for one day I realized it just wouldn’t work between us. All your stuff gets completely lost at the bottom of the backpack because it’s like one massive deep sack. Needs more pockets! Will send back.

I was really excited to get this, as it looks great in photos. But the quality isn't really up to my standards. The straps are annoying and mad me miss zippers. I returned this product.

The bag is not as nice as it looks in the photos. The quality should be better for the price. My daughter asked for this specifically or I would have gotten a Dakine which is same price range but much better craftsmanship and ergonomics. Zappos site and delivery were excellent, though.

wanted to love this backpack, but there are no outside pockets for water bottles like many of the other styles.

The backpack is stylish, comfortable, and large enough to carry a full day trips worth of materials, however the manufacturing is terrible. Over the first six months of use, two of the magnetic buttons fell off, the grommet from the drawstring ripped out of the liner, and the clasp on the drawstring broke. For those planning to use the bag daily, I highly recommend looking elsewhere -- it is simply not up to the rigors of urban living. With that said, those who plan to use it more sparingly may find it still meets their needs. On a positive note, it is one of the most comfortable backpacks I've ever owned -- the back padding and padded shoulder straps were well cushioned.

I am super disapointed with this pack. I was expecting a backpack similar to a day hiking pack. I was very wrong. Not only did the plastic peice to adjust the strap break two months after I got it the quality and comfort of this pack disapointed me highly. Go spend your money on a better backpack.

Weird fresh tone pink and stiff material.

Super bummed! :( My daughter wanted this backback for school- it lasted all of 2.5 weeks before the metallic closure fell off! The leather doesn't seem super expensive, as other people noted, but loved the interior. I'm sad to have to return but what you gonna do?! Ordered her a Jansport online for $35- you can't BREAK those backpacks!!

I am a very outdoorsy person and wanted a nice old school heavy duty bag and after a lot of searching I thought I found the perfect fit, after I got it I put my essentials into it and started to carry it to work, to the riverbank a couple times and to one Jiu-Jitsu event and there is a small hole in the side of the bag. It had a "fuzzy" there before and then a hole. All this took about 1 month from purchase so I contacted Herschel now twice and took the pictures and filled out the form and have never got a reply so I chalked it up as a loss. I think this is more of a purse than a Pack.
