If it weren't for the Reef Smoothy, I would not be able to walk. I have spurs on my heels and they help me stay on my feet longer than any other sandal. I just bought me 3 pr.

Ware it all the time. Failure is between the big toe and next to it. The strap fails. The sandal would last a lot longer.

I got the first pair of these for my husband, but I ended up having to wear them awhile when my feet swelled up during my pregnancy. They are very comfortable. There is good arch support for a flip flop. The straps are comfortable and sole is just the perfect squishiness. I ordered him a back up pair for his birthday. I am considering buying myself some as well. Our only complaint is that the colors other than black black are not super attractive.

They were fine sandals, but fit way smaller than I was expecting. I like to wear mine slightly larger than a regular, but even by going up half to a full size they still felt too small for me. Normally I'm about a 10.5, I should've gotten an 11.5

Great comfy flip flops. Can do a whole day walking in Charleston while still staying comfortable. Only thing different than last pair of reef smoothy, is that they are making them narrower than before. If they get any narrower won't be able to wear. that's why I gave a 4 star instead of 5 for overall. liked the original width better.

At the larger end of sizes (13+) these flip flops are smaller than marked. You can get a full size or larger than what you wear in a dress shoe. There are nice, comfortable and what you expect. Good value for the money!

I have worn these for at least 20 years, replacing them as they wear out. They've always been my favorite for comfort. I finally just replaced an old pair. What I always liked about my smoothy was how springy and comfortable the sole/footbed was. These are not the same, the footbed feels much harder than my old ones. It seems they changed what I loved most about my old smoothy. I still like them, but this may be my last pair. If you are replacing an old pair be aware that these are not exactly the same.

The reviews are spot on. I purchased a size 13 in May 2014. In previous years size 13 fit just fine. The size 13 this year was way to small.

I bought these in an 11 for my son, who is a size 11, but they were small. They didn't fit my husband (a size 10/1/2) either, so I would say they run about a size too small. I have not had this problem with Reefs before, so maybe it's just this model?

These are not the same as they used to be. the cut is more like a women's shoe. I ordered 3 different sizes (11, 12, 13) and none of them fit right. Used to get this style in a men's 11 and loved them. used to actually be wide enough, and not way too narrow. Disappointing!

My son wears a size 7 1/2 but we had to get him a size 10! They run very small. He has had these same shoes in the past and they were true to size. Not sure what happened with this batch.

I love them and this is probably my 6th pair since I discovered these in the late 90s. Once you break it in, it's amazing! and they float, so if you lose them at the beach, they'll surface and you can find them. Sadly the pair I bought, I wore to a beach vacation for a week and the strap broke; it looks like the seam wasn't done correctly. So sad.

These Reefs are great as long as they are dry but once they are wet they are dangerous slippery! They are very slippery when wet your feet will not stay on them especially if you walk on a little uneven ground! They are a great flop dry but I bought a pair of Olukai's from the Makai serious flops made for wet use a far superior sandal for wet use!

I bought a new pair to replace my old Reef Smoothy flip flops. The new upgraded design is terrible. Please fire whoever made this upgrade. These flip flops went from the most comfortable flops in the world to the most uncomfortable flops in the world. Thanks alot!

These flip flop's are very slippery when wet and dangerous to wear when wet! They also fell apart after 3 days. I would not recommend this product at all.
