This is the third pair of these I have ordered in the last two weeks and the last. Reef changed their sizing and the last pair was Zappos fault. They sent me a used pair that should have never been resold. I am disappointed in Zappos for not checking their returns more closely and I am disappointed in Reef because the first pair I bought in 2010 were great but the quality has gone down and the price went up. No more Reefs more me!

Old pair was a 10, had to send my new 10s back for 11s as they were a full size too small. Not sure if Reef has someone else making these now or not, but the old pairs I've had (I'm on pair 4 or 5 now) felt super comfortable from the beginning. The new ones don't seem to have the support/padding the old ones did and kind of hurt my feet after being in them for only a short time. Would have rated my old pair 5 stars, the new ones unfortunatly just aren't that good. Unless something changes, I probably won't buy another pair.

I used to really like Reef Sandals. I bought 3 pair in the second half of last year alone ( I tried buying more but something happened - they either switched manufacturing plants or somebody decided "hey if we trim a little off of the length and a little off of the width we will make an extra 3.2 cents per pair". I bought a pair of smoothies last summer (I absoultey loved them) and I bought another pair last week. The first pair fit great but not the new pair. I put them sole to sole and you can really tell the differnce between the two. Too bad , they really had great sandals with a great fit but not anymore. This will be the second pair I send back. I was hoping the first bad pair was a fluke. Oh well, nothing lasts forever. Time to look elsewhere. Bad move Reef!!

Usually wear a 12 but the 12 was way too small. Had to return.
