Same size as ordered before in similar Keen shoe but is way too tight.

Loved them right out of the box! Just like my Keens from 10 years ago. I'm 69 years old, walk a cattle dog twice a day, wanted something for balance, stability, and quick dry from wet grass. I really give a walking shoe a workout and usually wear them out in a year. Even more reason to buy a quality shoe. I got a beautiful light blue pattern color for spring and summer. 5 stars!

I like these even though they don't have the wide toe box i love from Keen. They stretched enough for comfort but I wear a 9.5 or 10 and these are 10.5 and are too snug. Like the color and the arch support is very good as well as traction...way better on slippery surfaces than any Keens i own.

This is my fourth pair of Keens. There's a similar-looking sandal, called Whisper, with a narrower toe box. I love both shoes, but I prefer the Newport's wider toe box, which is excellent for stability on uneven surfaces. I get compliments all the time on both sandals. Great arch support.

I am so bummed, ordered my new pair of Keen sandals after several years and they are too tight, I could not get them on. They are really beautiful too, but when you have a size 11 shoe in Women's already there is no room to order a size up. Thankfully I have several pair of old ones. I personally like the full leather ones myself; I could not find any that are now.

I have a pair of these from many years ago, size 8.5, so that's what I ordered again. The fit has changed. My foot is very thin and my toes were hitting the top as there was no room left for even a pair of thin socks, let along my orthotics. I returned them and ordered a 9, which fit perfect. The shoe has a nice arch but I still must wear my orthotics. I will keep the new ones to wear indoors and in the winter can include socks to keep my feet warm. They do not scuff the hardwood floors, which is a great benefit, too!

I’ve been having a multitude of foot, ankle knee issues and ordered these shoes in hopes of having a sandal I could wear that still give me some support. These are perfect. My feet stay cool but there are enough straps, etc to give my foot support. They are Keen’s so they run small in length. I’d suggest going up a half size from your normal size. These run a bit wide for my normal sized foot but with the laces, I can get them cinched up perfectly. Highly recommend these shoes.

I’ve been wearing Keens, mostly the Newport H2 for years; I own over a dozen pair, so that should tell you how much I love them. This pair is and a little different and cute, and I had to have them. I read the reviews, and still ordered my regular size. BIG mistake- all the reviews, or most anyway, say they run half a size small. They do! Believe it! Zappos was quick to send me the correct size, and now I have another pair to love and collect.

I've worn Keens for years but something had changed. They feel just a smidge shorter and no longer fit my footbed correctly. I thought the pair I received was a 'one off' so I ordered a few more colors to see if there was a difference and they have definitely changed. I finally found a color called Raya Black that felt like my old ones. Overall I love Keens and highly recommend them! Not sure what is going on with the manufacturing.

I bought these Keens to replace the exact same pair of Keens that I bought from Zappos 7 years ago. These are the best multi-purpose hiking shoes if you tend to hike in warmer climates and/or places that might be wet or muddy. My first pair lasted through 5 Hawaii trips (including through the Kauai red mud) and several other hiking intensive trips to NC, Maine, and Colorado. They aren’t the most attractive shoes (I typically wear something much more fashionable if I’m not hiking), but they are comfortable, supportive, easy to rinse off, and have great traction in a wide variety of trail conditions. I am usually a 7.5N and purchased (both times) an 8M, so they run a little bit small. I wouldn’t say they are narrow tho as my feet have a bit of extra room width wise but they are very adjustable and I don’t have a problem with my feet moving around too much. The footbed is solid (no padding) but the material feels both supportive and comfortable. These Keens are quite a bit more clunky than the Whisper (which my daughter prefers) but on my foot my pinky toe fell out the side of the Whisper. In these Newports, my feet feel better protected and my pinky toe stays secured behind a strap. If you really enjoy hiking, I’d say these sturdy Newports are the better choice. If you are looking for something that is “cute” for just walking around, you might prefer the Whisper. These shoes seem to last forever - I probably could have gotten a few more years out of my first pair (7 years later!) except they are extremely faded and I’m worried that Keens might discontinue the style, so I picked up a new pair.

I have had these for a few weeks and just took them on a long walking vacation, without any blisters or other hotspots appearing on my feet. I am a 9.5 and the 9.5 did fit, but my toes felt squished and the baby toe kept peeking out of the straps, which was annoying. I went up to a 10, and the toe issue went away, but the arch support feels a bit off, which was not a problem with the 9.5. Nonetheless, these shoes fill a very specific summer need. I think they are ugly in that "so ugly they are cute again" way, but I do wish they had these in just plain purple. I will probably get a second pair at some point just for variety's sake. As always, Zappos was a joy to work with as I experimented with sizes.

I bought this shoe for working outdoors, specifically in my garden. I have had problems with plantar facsciitis and need shoes with solid arch support. This shoe is waterproof and has great support. I had heard that it might run a 1/2 size short, and it does. I ordered a size 7 and a 7 1/2. The arch fit perfectly in the 7 1/2. I returned the 7. Thank you Zappos for allowing me to do that! This shoe is very solid and stable. I am giving it 5 stars.

I needed water shoes for rafting and wanted shoes that I could use for other purposes, so these were the best choice. I like how it's a closed toe sandals. We had to do some hiking to read our rafting location so these shoes were perfect, nice grip and thick sole. I have wide feet b/c of my bunions and these fit perfectly, no blisters. I usually wear a 6.5 in sandals and the 7 fit me perfectly. In the 6.5 my toes hit the front. I also have flat arches so these provide a little bit of arch support.

Second pair...these shoes run a little small for athletic shoes. I typically wear an 8 or an 8.5 in "regular" shoes, but an 8.5 or a 9 in sports shoes. These are 8.5 and fit just fine. I live in the south and the open nature of this shoe makes walking in the summer heat a possibility.

With a history of heal spurs, anything other than hiking boots were painful. However, since I purchased the Newport H2, I live in these, especially now that summer is here. I've worn them on more than ten 5 mile, moderate hikes without issue. I love these and am back for more colors. Move forward with confidence on this purchase.

These shoes are quite comfortable and a more stylish/sporty/quirky alternative to clunky gym shoes. I have problem feet and can get away with wearing these running errands, chasing my son, etc. I have noticed that my feet pronate a lot less while wearing these shoes. I would not wear them to work out or for a power walk since I need orthotics. My son gets a kick out of me wearing them because then he, Mom and Dad are all wearing the same style shoe! I love that I was able to choose a "girl" color! I generally wear a size 9, but as with all Keen shoes I needed a half size larger. I am a consistent 9.5 in Keen. Always a huge fan of Keen and Zappos!

The truly sad thing about this shoe is that it doesn't wear out! That makes it hard to justify buying another pair! I love my Keens and actually do have three different styles of the brand...the Newport H2 is the all around favorite for summer.

I love these shoes! Its my first pair of Keens and I just ordered a second pair. They feel great and wash well! Did follow the advise of other commenters and ordered 1/2 size larger than i ordinarily wear and that was a perfect fit.

This is my second pair of black Newport H2, and they are just awesome as the first. I could only hope that Keen will offer widths in their shoes, and boots because I would then be able to buy all their terrific shoes and boots. But only offering medium widths makes it impossible for me and people with wide feet to fit comfortably into them. Thanks and I hope this will happen soon.

Thanks for the free shipping so that I could try the sizes. The Newports fit perfect. Possibly a little wider than the Whisper which is what I needed.

The purple color is great and shoe runs true to size, good arch (not too steep but enough for me and I have high arches). I just didn't find the strap placements on the toe box to be comfortable for my little toes - my little toes just seems to hit the shoes on rough seams. Otherwise, a very attractive shoe and would definitely recommend for someone whose little toes are not as short as mine!

I bought these shoes for a trip we are taking to the Virgin Islands in April. I bought them ahead of time, assuming I would have to break them in. Well, they are truly a perfect fit, and very comfortable! I think the color is a little brighter in person, but it has grown on me. This is my second pair of Keens, and definitely not my last.

These are great shoes if you're looking for something with style, comfort, great arch/heal support, and versatility! I think that covers it! I have plantar fasciitis and was looking for something to wear w/o it being a sneaker. You can even use heal cups with these if needed. But I haven't found that necessary. When I wear them, my foot pain is drastically reduced, and I am able to walk w/o pain or limping! Yay! The H2O's are great if you're going to wear them for extended lengths of time (puddles, odor control, etc.). I tried them on in a shoe store for size, then ordered a pair on-line - better price and selection! I am a size 6 ~ 6.5 and wear a 6.5 in these shoes. You might want a 1/2 size larger than your regular shoe. But see if you can try them in a shoe store first! Anyway, you'll love them! And of course, Zappos has great service! I ordered a Mary Jane pair of Keens three days ago, and they were delivered the next day! Unbelievable!
