I wear 4.5 or 5 kids shoe. Most ladies shoe start at a 6, which are way too large for me. I appreciate these come in plain white ie. no sparkly or shiny stuff.

So cute I ordered for my daughter and then got a pair for myself. I'm small and it's hard to find a casual sneaker that doesn't look bulky, but these have a nice low profile while still giving excellent support for your feet. I got a girls 4.5 for my daughter but they fit me perfectly and I'm a women's 6.

they are a bit big because the bottom has like a wedge sole so your foot slides all the way to the front and you might feel that they are big
