I have been looking for high heels that are comfortable and I am very happy with these pumps! I love the straps because they stay on my feet when I walk as fast as I do. I was hoping to order another color but don't see another option right now. I have received compliments on them too!

beautiful shoe shoe but a bit wide for my narrow feet.

This shoe fits great! The suede looks smooth & supple. The heel height is not too high, not too low...just right.

This shoe came up under a search for a 3-4 inch heel. The actual heel size was not listed. It is only 2 3/4 inches and too short for what I need.

I've been looking at this shoe for a while and decided to give it a shot once I saw it was on sale. The shoe is very pretty but was tight on the top of my foot. I have a very high instep and the strap across was not comfortable on me. I found it ran a bit large. I sent them back and I'm sorry to see it go.

Cross over strap is not adjustable.

I wanted to love these shoes, but alas they were too tight around my toes, even wide. For someone with narrower feet it may work.

I usually wear a 8.5, but the 8.5 in these shoes was a bit big. I have narrow feet with a high arch - these shoes were not comfortable on my toes - perhaps a tad narrow on the toe box. I made the straps as small as they could go, and they were still a bit loose on my foot. I REALLY wanted to like these shoes - they were really cute, very comfortable padding inside. I just wish the toe box were a little roomier, and the straps more adjustable.

Lovely shoe, comfortable footbed. However, straps were too tight for a high foot and made ankles into "cankles". Unfortunately had to return.

Beautiful AND comfortable! Unfortunately, I have feet that aren't truly a 5 (more like 3.5), so difficult to find shoes that fit and look like an adult's shoe. Usually, shoes with straps help me keep them on, and with the adjustable buckle, I thought they'd fit well. Everything did except for the other cross strap. It sat too high and the elastic wasn't tight enough to hold it on my foot. So I was able to tighten the adjustable strap to sufficiently secure the shoe on my foot, but the other strap kind of flopped around. This probably wouldn't be an issue for most, so I'd still recommend this shoe. I'm terribly bummed because it was SOOO comfy! Would've been a great work shoe--dressy, yet comfortable to walk around on hard surfaces all day.

Very pretty and I wanted them to work, but the pointy toe hurt my toes too much. The heel was also a bit loose. Returned.

Nice looking shoe. Fairly comfortable thought Rockports in general seem to run short and narrow. I also don't understand why the padding in the shoe doesn't extend to the ball of the foot where it is much needed, at least on my foot.

This is an elegant, yet cute, Mary Jane style of shoe. There were comfortable for the most part (they were worn to a wedding) and were not to bad dancing in them. However, if you have a high instep, they are kind of difficult to put on because of the cross strap.

I could barely walk ten feet in these :( The straps were super loose, and can't be adjusted. The heel is incredibly unstable side-to-side, which was weird because the heel isn't that tall. Microfiber exterior is okay--it looks nice, but didn't feel very durable. The interior padding is very nice, but these were probably the most uncomfortable heels I've tried on in years.

I sized up like everyone mentioned...and it was a HUGE mistake, no pun intended. I'm normally a size 8 but I went for an 8.5 and they were massive on my feet. They do seem comfy though...

The good: The shoes are very pretty. They are the perfect shoe to wear for an evening wedding or holiday party. They *are* difficult to get on your foot, but once you get them on they are comfortable. (the bad) Unfortunately no matter how tight I made the strap, my foot was still sliding forward and backward and rubbing on the top part of my foot. For this reason alone, they are going to have to go back.

Pretty shoe but the straps set an inch off the top of my foot, like they'd been stretched. Felt a bit longer than a 5W should be. Some toe cleavage. They have a nice supportive footbed, however.
