Perfect shoes for size medium with narrow heel (that's me). However I have a bunion on one foot which the toe part of the shoe cut across. Also the heel is very narrow and I worried about turning my ankle. Too bad - very pretty shoes.

Length of shoe was a full size longer than it should have been for the size ordered.

Very classy looking shoe. Wore them to a wedding without breaking them in and they were fabulous.

These are cute shoes and fit perfectly. I wore them to work all day and they felt comfortable all day. I've very happy to find a work shoe that I can wear 2 to 3 times per week at this price point.

Seriously, this is the perfect shoe. They are supremely comfortable with a cushiony footbed and cross straps that hug your foot. Because of the pointed toe, they look sexier even with a medium heel. Great for business wear or date night.

I have plantar fasciitis and bunions, so I'm limited when it comes to attractive heels. These are at the upper limit of the height I will wear, but they're very comfy. The straps dress them up nicely and I don't feel like a granny when I wear them.

First pair of shoes that look good and FEEL good to walk in. Took a pair of sandals to change into expecting to be hurting later on... BUT NEVER NEEDED THEM !!!

the perfect shoe, very flattering to my wide foot, great safe heel height. Just very long. I ordered a 8.5 wide, which I also ordered in several other shoes this style; these are about1/2 too long in the heel. I await more instock; will definately purchase.

I love these. Super comfortable. I got them for a wedding and had no problems dancing the night away painlessly! Perfect heel height for me–enough heel to be classy and subtly sexy but way more wakable than a stiletto. I do have a slightly narrow foot and these felt true to size. I normally wear an 8 and after ordering both 8 and 8.5, I kept the 8s.

These shoes are wonderful. I have terrible feet with big bunions on both feet and other issues, they are very comfortable. Perfect heal height. I wish they had them in other colors!

I ordered my usual 10 but had to re-order in 9W and it is a good fit. I wore them all day to a Christmas Concert in downtown San Antonio and we did quite a bit of walking. They were comfortable and did not hurt my Morton's Neuroma at all. I am 63 and like to dress it up and these fit the bill with style and comfort.

Loved the shoes, but unfortunately the suede seemed a little thin and the shoes looked a little worn. If they came in leather, I would have ordered them in black leather. I did order a wide in this shoe based on other reviews and the fact that I have a slightly wider foot. I did have to return them, because the suede did not look good.

I love the look of this shoe and really hoped that it would work for me. I ordered the wide because I have bunions. I was very disappointed when I could barely get them on! They feel very tight in the toe. I should have known better than to try a shoe with a pointed toe!

fit is excellent. comfort and support are wonderful. Very elegant shoe. Appears slightly worn (buffed edges of wear were evident on the wear points at sides and heels). They are so perfect for the occasion, I'm buying them anyway, and will full enjoy them regardless of slightly worn (to the fine eye) appearance.

Perfect fit and wore them without any stockings. Lasted all night in them. Extremely comfortable.

LOVE THESE SHOES! They’re not only incredibly comfortable (& I have 2 Hip Replacements!), they’re Elegant Sexy! Not sleazy, but really Elegant & very Sexy! Absolutely Affordable, so-The Perfect Shoe! I normally don’t even get near Heels this high, due to Titanium Hips, but these Shoes don’t feel like I’m even in Heels Half as Tall as these are! The Straps are not noticeable, unless someone else is checking me out. Then come the Compliments & “Where did I get them? In the States or Europe?” Contingent upon who’s asking, I tell them, “ZAPPOS, where else!?!” I’d take these Gorgeous Shoes with me on a Sailing Trip (Where I Crew), because once we’ve tied up to our Slip for the night, these Shoes are Comfortable & Elegantly Sexy enough to walk around the new Town, have some wine with a Devine Dinner, Walk to a different place for Dessert & an after Dinner Drink & then find the Town’s Bakery. Since I’m usually the 1st one up the next day, I get our fresh, Brown Bread! The Bakery Owners always invite me in for Coffee, as I was born in NYC. So, after a fab cup of coffee & Butter Slathered Bread & conversation, I buy what they suggest & walk back to our Sailboats. I put out Sweet Butter, Jam, Kefir, Fruit & Cheese. Put on Water & people start moving! I’m glad these Shoes Can’t Talk!

These shoes were wonderful! I wore them for the first time to a benefit and danced all night long and my feet didn't hurt at all!!! I have wide feet and didn't even need the wides!

I followed the recommendation of putting in a size of something I already wear, which are Asics. I followed the directions on what size to get based on that and it was perfect. These are very comfortable shoes. I only gave four stars for comfort because I have to get used to the buckle at the ankle and also admittedly have not worn high heels since my wedding in 2001. Despite that, I do actually wish the heel were a bit higher hence the four stars for style. None of this is a deal breaker for me however considering I purchased these online for a wedding on March 16. These shoes are about the only thing that have gone right and I'll be lucky to have a dress in time. I work 55 hours a week with both a morning and late afternoon job so getting to a store is not a possibility. Thank you for being an amazing company! This was my first time shopping with Zappos and it will not be the last. I've already told co-workers about you and your customer service.

Super comfy. AT LEAST one WHOLE size too big tho. Hard getting the right size.

These shoes are comfortable, I love the look.

This is a really pretty shoe. I haven't bought a pair of heels in a very long time, but we got invited to a black tie formal wedding, and I needed something stylish. I'm happy I bought these. I'll be walking around New York in the winter and at night. I feel these shoes will not only be good-looking, but will be solid enough to handle the sidewalks of New York. And that's saying a lot. I don't expect them to be warm, but the closed toe will help. The fabric is soft and beautiful. They are being paired with a fit-n-flare 1950's black dress, and they look wonderful. Because I'll be walking a lot, I decided to buy the shoe in a wide width. I had to go down a half a size because of the roomier toe area. I normally wear a 8.5 in a medium width. These fit perfect as a 8 in a wide width. I expect them to be comfortable... I've already been wearing them around the house without any break-in issues.

I love these heels. They are higher than I would normally purchase but they are truly comfortable. I generally avoid high heels in favor of comfort but these are great!
