I'm a fan of these NB shoes, they are the real McCoy. No complaints with the shoe, NB, or zappos!

Overall very comfortable, light just slightly smaller. I usually order a size bigger for my husband and this is almost touching the big toe. So just be ware, order a bigger size. He really likes it! So far so good!

Some of the reviews indicated that these run small but that was not the case for me. I wear a size 15 so maybe that is a factor. I have had problems with Brooks running small.

Perfect! These are my go to everytime. I order them and know they will fit perfectly right out of the box.

I bought these about four months ago and have been wearing about twice a week. I have no complaints! Length and width are good and they do pretty well in the rain. I am a woman with big feet (size 11 1/2) and think these have a unisex appearance.

great sneaker, looks like a shoe with dress pants. great for people who work long shifts and have their shoes on a long time. very soft and supportive feels like you are walking on pillows. runs true to size very durable too and good in bad weather.

This is a great sneaker/walking shoe for a wide foot. Extremely comfortable, with plenty of room.

These are the best shoes I've ever had. I have three pairs. Put them on and wear them all day. That is the first for me. Great for arthritic feet. New Balance, please don't change a thing on them.

Great shoe - very comfortable and durable

I was rather hesitant of purchasing shoes online, but after being unable to find any shoe store in my local area that had a decent in-stock selection AND decent customer service (every "worker" I talked to all had very negative customer service). So I ventured onto the webs, first stopping at Amazon. And although they had a nice collection but I was still hesitant. A day later I found Zappos and eventually found a pair of New Balance that I liked, I've worn New Balance for years. But was still cautious. I took the opportunity to have an online chat with one of thier associates and eventually took the chance to order as I was told I could return without hassle. Much to my surprise the shoes fit great! And now a year later I still love these shoes. Would, and probably will, buy them again from Zappos.

We are so happy to have discovered Zappos! I first bought the shoes for my husband in medium, which seemed a little tight. So I sent back and got the wide - which is perfect! We never knew tennis shoes came in widths!! And dealing with Zappos is a pleasure. Lucky catch!

Let me start by saying the best thing about Zappos besides wide selection of shoes is their customer service. After ordering a pair of gel asics which did not fit well I called to exchange them for New Balance. Zappos emailed the shipping label with free shipping and overnighted the new pair which fit great. Thanks Zappos for great customer service. Then the sent me a $30 coupon off for my next pair for the inconvenience of exchange. So my wife ordered a pair of Keen water sandals and received them in less than 24 hours and loves them. We will always buy our shoes from Zappos.

Best casual shoes I've ever worn. Fit,finish and price. Ordered 2 pair last year. Just started on the 2nd pair, still using the first pair for work. Ordered another pair, for this price, I like to keep a spare pair around.

This was bought for my Dad. He liked it very much. He actually chose form the web pictures and description. It fits just right and very comfortable. He always wanted leather upper - easier to keep clean. Toe area always seems to get dirty and scratch marks,black color in toe area solves that issue! He is thinking of buying a second standby pair, just in cast the manufacturer stpos or changes the deign!

I had a defect in the left shoe on the inside. Contacted Zappos and they sent out a replacement pair the same day. Great service. The New Balance MX608v4 are great.
