The shoes fit perfectly. Was able to put them and wear them to work straight out of the box. I'm not sure why but I got free, next day delivery. I couldn't be happier.

I retired from the Post Office and always wore 608v4 size 15 4E. I was 6ft 3in at 350lb. these are great shoes and true to fit. Great for standing and walking.

I have feet issues and since I’ve gotten these my foot problems have dwindled. I am so happy about these shoes and plan on buying from this brand again.

History. I had worn NB 623 for 8 years and never had a problem. 4 months ago I bought 2 pair and got new prescription orthodics from my Dr. at the same time. The 623s were a very bad fit. I put my new Orthodics back in an old pair of 623 and no problem. Zappo Service: I explained the problem on the phone and that I had not kept the shoe box because I had bought 6-7 pairs over the years with no problem. The service rep did some checking and recommended the 608. They took back both pair of 623 and shipped the new 608 that fit perfectly. Had a pair of these New Balance that I loved, but they were showing their age. These were identical to my shoes and fit perfectly. And I didn't have to look at multiple stores to find the same shoes. Love Zappos!

Ordered these shoes to replace same model worn out after 3 years daily use. Expect these to last as long. As a Type 2 diabetic, foot care is critical. These shoes fit perfectly and accommodate specialized insoles so my daily activities have been injury-free and comfortable. Price and durability makes for great value.

These are very attractive shoes, I've resorted to wearing sneaker-like shoes for work because of my back and these pass for work shoes even with dress pants, they fit nicely, heel strike is comfortable and balanced as opposed to jarring and clunky, they are comfortable, they breathe, and if anything, are a bit roomy around the toes and lower foot. Will stick with this line of shoes, wish they would make the blue monochromatic without a contrasting white "N" which knocks them out of the running for work. Not sure what the need is for 3 different white pairs, would like more choice in dark blacks, greys, and blues. Highly recommend this cut of shoe for comfort and balance, and recommend the black/brown for style.

This 608v4runs about a half size shorter than the original 608. Otherwise very comfortable

I bought New Balance MX608v4's to replace my old 609's that I have worn for years as my go to shoes for outdoor work. I expect them to take as much abuse and last as long as the 609's. But it's not only the shoes, it's Zappo's. They are a good company and I won't get NB's anywhere else.

A very comfortable fit. Lots of cushion. The memory foam insert really is nice.

Fit perfect out of the box. Great for someone needing a generous toe box. Bought several of this style and always satisfied. Zappos service is excellent. Will continue to to buy more.

This is an excellent shoe, period. Everything about it is 5-Star, from comfort and durability, to construction and style. For working out or wearing at work all day, these shoes are one of my all-time favorites. Highly recommend getting them!

Although we had to return a smaller pair, once we got the correct size, they were great! My husband is on his feet all day and these help keep his feet comfortable.
