I ordered these and 4 other pair (1 other New Balance style, 2 Saucony, 1 Easy Spirit) in my search for a pair of exercise-walkers as my last ones (Saucony) were worn out. I normally wear an 8N, but take an 8.5N in sneakers. To my surprise these were much too short, I estimate by a half size. The other New Balance was fine in the length, and I have never experienced length issues in the past with New Balance. But in any case, they didn't work for me. I ended up keeping one of the Saucony styles, the Progrid Integrity ST 2.

Not impressed with these shoes for the price they are. They did not feel that comfortable or any different then any other walking shoe, tennis shoe I have worn. I wanted something with more of an arch support and cushion. Not these. They look like Grandma shoes, when you are looking down at them on your feet.

I have been wearing New Balance for many years and never been disappointed until now. In an athletic shoe I wear a 5 1/5 or 6, bought this shoe in a 6M, not only was it too short, it was also very wide. Another thing I did not like was the weight. I should have looked at that before purchasing. Heave shoe. Bought to work in doctors office where I am on my feet all day and did not wear again after first day. Should have sent back before wearing.
