Great pair of shoes. I use them for work and casual with jeans. They were comfortable from the get go. No break in required. They are also water proof like advertised. I would purchase again (from Zappos) and recommend to a friend.

Wow, I really think these shoes are comfortable. I had been looking for shoes that didn't hurt my feet. I really think the waterproof part is a big plus. Can't think of anything negative to say.

Felt very comfortable from the first time wearing. The only bad part are the shoe laces. They keep untying. Buy a new pair of laces.

I have some foot issues and just very hard to find comfortable shoes. I waited to write a report until I had worn them for some time. They are quite comfortable, can walk all in them without very sore feet. Highly recommend a pair.

These shoes are comfortable and good looking! Needing a 4E can make shoe buying difficult but not with Zappos and Rockport. Great shoe from a great business and I'm very happy with both of them.

This is a very comfortable dress to casual shoe. I like the fact that they are waterproof for this winter season. I've had very good experiences with the Rockport waterproof shoes and their durability. I selected the wide size and they fit well. As always, very quick delivery time through Zappos. Totally satisfied.

I have difficulty finding good 4E width shoes. These are real comfortable and are wearing good so far. For the price a good buy.

Good fitting shoe. The apron toe is a little less squared off than I many others (I prefer it that way). The rubber soles offer good traction in wet conditions, and the shoes are very comfortable. This makes an excellent dress shoe for winter.

I had a another pair of Rockports and the sole split across the width of the shoe. The shoes were less than 10 months old. Zappos sent me another pair over night for no charge. Literally saved me. I cannot remember the last time I have stepped into a shoe store. Zappos is certainly a model for customer service. Thank you Zappos.

These are Rockports, so they are lightweight and comfortable. They're also good looking. The shoes they replaced were boat anchors in comparison to them. I don't know about durability yet, but expect good things from having owned Rockports before. I bought these on Zappos because local merchants only carry one or two styles. (One of the radio buttons is about "arch support." That doesn't mean anything to me - I apparently don't need arch support.)

My high school son wears these almost daily as part of school uniform. He is picky about comfort and has wide feet. He will pretty much only wear Rockports. They are quality, classic shoes.

I love Rockport shoes. They always fit me well and are quality shoes. I first ordered a half size larger because in most shoes I need to do that in order to get the correct width, but these shoes fit my feet perfectly and the size is very accurate.

Great shoe. I wear this shoe at work daily and they are so comfortable even at the end of the day. Increase comfort by adding a padded insert but that's not needed. Runs a tad small so order the next size up for best fit. Easy care to keep them shiny too.

Finding the right type of shoes with a good fit and style has presented a problem for me practically all of my life. I have been wearing at least a size 12 since I was a teenager and now I wear a size 14, which had only increased the difficulty of finding the right pair of shoes until recently. Only after learning about Zappos and ordering shoes from this fine corporate citizen have I begun to relax and feel more confident about being able to order the type of shoes I want, and whenever I want them. The one year return policy is also a positive commitment of quality by a company that is confident about its products,and stands by them 100%. Furthermore, having read the Zappos story and learned about the owner, Tony Hsieh, and his awesome consumer friendly philosophy, I am totally sold on Zappos. Not only am I able to purchase virtually any kind of shoes I desire, but I can do so from a company whose humble owner harbors a philosophy closely aligned with my own personal beliefs. Zappos, you rock!

I bought these for my Dad. He needed a dressy shoe that was good support and good styling. He is 90 years old! He loves them, you never go wrong with the structure in a Rockport. He put them on and was comfortable at the first wearing.

Excellent shoe. I compared it to several other comparably priced shoes and this one felt the best. I wore it for several hours at a trade show the day I received it and my feet felt great!

Nice shoe, but the arch support was in the wrong place for my son's foot, too far back. He wears a 14 so shoes are difficult to fit to his long feet. Good arch support, just not for him. Will be returning to order another pair rated with less arch support.

Extremely comfortable. I wore them on a trip to Chicago (walked a great deal through O'Hare and the city of Chicago). My feet felt cool and incredibly comfortable. Kudos Rockport. :)

Zappos has a variety of top brand shoes and wide variety of sizes that hard or even impossible to find elsewhere, such as 3E and wider. This my many year experience with Zappos.

A bit tight, mostly in height from sole to top of foot. Particular with orthotics, it's just not doable. Start out feeling very comfortable, but if I wear for a full 9-12 hour day my feet are more sore in these than in any other shoe I own.

Good value for a waterproof shoe of versatile style that can be worn with casual, business casual or business attire.

Not nearly as comfortable as dress rockport shoes I've had in the past. Still comfortable but wish Rockport wouldn't have changed whatever they have as old style was much more comfortable !

This is my second pair of the same model. They are very comfortable and look great with casual as well as forma weak. My two minor complaints are the squeak others have mentioned and the wear. The squeak is bearable. The shoes are waterproof, so I would assume that comes with the territory. The wear may be a sign of my age, but I find shoes that effectively need replacing after 1-2 years a bit lacking. About 95% of the shoe's life is work, which entails walking from the parking lot to my chair and around the office a bit. Seems a bit excessive wear for a shoe that gets a relative light walking duty. I keep buying the shoes because comfort is paramount, but I wish they lasted longer.
