The most comfortable heels I own. I don't wear heels often, but these were worth buying. Classic color and style. I wear a 7.5 or 8 depending on the shoe and the 7.5 fit perfect.

I ordered several pairs of black pumps to try and find something comfortable yet classy for the office. These were a clear winner over the 7 to 7 pumps. I did need to order a half size down. Very soft footbed a stable heel. I wish these came in more colors.

Needed a pair of black pumps for trade shows. Wear 8.5 B usually but with a growing bunion. Given that other reviews said it was true to width, went with 8.5B and they are perfect. Out of box on bare foot they hit right on my bunion but after wearing around for a few minutes, they relaxed and were very comfortable. I also tried wide version of Bela-Vita (awful cheap shoe) and Naturalizer Verra both of which felt tighter than this one.

I have wide feet and bunions so shopping for shoes--especially heels--is painful and frustrating. Of all the ones I tried, I decided to keep these because they felt the most comfortable and I think the leather will soften. I'm either 7.5W or 7W, but chose the 7W so they wouldn't slip off my heel (a problem with pumps).

I am an average size person with fairly thin and medium to high arch feet; I usually wear a size 9 but these shoes run half a size too big. While the shoes are not great with arch support they are not horrible either. That said I usually have trouble with my higher arch support. Either way, I returned them for smaller size and they now fit well. I have yet to wear them out of the house. These shoes are the nice looking classic shoes that I needed.

These are very comfortable and look great. I'm up and down all day. The heel is high, but not too high and they have a very professional, sharp look about them. I also tried the Rockport Lendra Pump which had a little higher heel, but was not anywhere near as comfy as these! The patent is also very dressy -- could be worn anywhere.

I love these pumps! My feet are long, narrow and impossible to fit. I like cushioning and do not like my heel slipping. After trying millions of other shoes, these were perfect!

Bought these shoes to wear to a high school reunion. Had it in my head to wear heels even though I've been retired for a number of years and no longer wear heels on a regular basis. These shoes are great! I have a bone spur on top of the big toe joint and the cut on these shoes was perfect for my "bump." It was not so high as to cause discomfort yet not so low that I showed toe "cleavage." The pointed toe is enough to look stylish but not radical and the height of the heel is good for both standing still and walking! Having said all those good things I should report I went with a size 8 to accommodate my bone spur but that also meant the size 8 was a little long for my other (no issues) foot. I think there's no way around the problem other than to buy two pair of shoes and wear an 8 on my right foot and a 7.5 on my left. I managed to take up most of the slack with an insole and a ball of foot pad. Very comfortable shoes! Think I'll be looking for another pair in a different color for an upcoming wedding.

I'm very happy with these shoes. They're a pretty basic black pump, but they are comfortable and I like the leather upper and the solid material heel (my leather covered heels get scuffed and ripped so easily). Also, this shoe doesn't show toe-cleavage as the 7to7 model did. Definitely runs large...my foot is normal to wide width and I ordered a 8.5W when I usually wear a 9R.

Love this shoe! The toe is pointier than the picture shoes without it being too tight. This makes it sexier for a "comfort" shoe. Very pleased!

A really good-looking and comfortable pump. Even though I have bunions, these pumps are comfy. I usually wear a size 10, but returned them for a 9 1/2. Perfect.

I wore these shoes to work (10 hours) on the very first day and they were comfortable all day long even with the extra walking I had to do. Got several compliments on them too!! These are the best pumps I've bought in ages, they didn't slip on my heel or squash my toes . I usually have a hard time finding a good fit as my feet run to a 10.5M or 11N. Love these shoes!!

These shoes are unbelievable comfortable. Wore them 6 hours the first day without issues. LOVE THEM.

The back hugs the heel nicely, which is sometimes hard to find in pumps. But the toebox was too small for my wide feet. I ordered a 6W, but my foot is a 6WW.

Very comfortable. It was true to size and has a lot of cushioning in the bottom of the shoe which makes it very easy to wear all day long.

Great shoe to wear with pants. Excellent quality. Usually wear a size 8 1/2 but this shoe runs large. The 7 1/2 fit snug in the toes but decided to stretch them in. Wore them all day and they are so comfortable.

Great shoe. I am a flight attendant on international flights and am just about to order my 3rd pair of these. It is hard to find a plain but stylish pump that has a closed toe and pretty heel. These fit the bill. They start out a little tight through the toe but after a wearing or two the fit is perfect. Excellent arch support- I have very high arches and plantar fascitis. No problem putting these back on after a long flight.

I ordered 9 pairs of black pumps. This was the last pair I tried on. They are amazingly comfortable. I haven't worn them for any length of time yet, but they are already ahead of my other options. I think they are true to size, but many of the other pumps felt about a half-size small, so others may find that they are a half-size big.

I have two pair of black patent, and just ordered the black leather. Most comfortable pumps I have ever worn. Look great, and feel great as well. I highly recommend this shoe. There is cushioning in the ball, arch and true to size.

Disclaimer: I have widish feet in front, with a bony protrusion in the back that makes it difficult to find shoes that do not slip off the back. Made a large purchase of several pumps to find something that would fit. Two pairs fit. I like the toes and heels on these pumps in contrast to the other, which was more rounded and chunky in the heel. These fit and are comfortable all around, although I worry they will begin to slip later. While heel inserts have not worked in the past, since these don't seem to be too loose to begin with, I'm going to keep these and hope they work when needed. Nice shoe.

True to size. Toe box looks narrow but is actually perfect for my wide foot. Very stylish and professional. Wore them all day for 2 days in a row without any problems. Very happy to find these shoes. I wear a 10 wide and these fit perfectly.

I haven't been able to keep a shoe on my left heel for many years. Not only was I able to keep these on but they seemed to recontour my heel so that I can now wear other shoes as well.

Loved the shoe! Thought I finally found a basic pump with no strap to fit my skinny feet, no luck. Way too wide and long.

I have several pairs of pumps in my collection but these are THE BEST! I wanted a low heel but comfortable (I work in a hospital) and also professional looking and these fit the bill. I am usually 8 or 8 1/2 and the 8 fits perfect. Rockport makes a quality comfortable shoes. I may have to replace all shoes in my closet with Rockport. I also wear my flat Rockport almost every day and these are great when I want a heel.
