I was not pleased with the Arcopedico L31D. The arch support was amazing however the sizing seemed about 1/4 of a size too small. There was no lining in the boot with thick seams on either side. The calf is skinny but can be adjusted with the laces. The shaft is shorter than I am used to which makes my legs look shorter than they are. Overall not worth the price for me.

Super cute, super soft high boot! I am short and often the shaft of the boot is too tall. Love this brand - all the boots are soft and look great. Wore these cuties with leggings and a dress. My female students loved the laces at the back of the book - really classic.

I love this boot! I have tiny calves, a grand total of 12 inches circumference. I searched for way too long for boots that would hug my legs snugly, and these are them. The arch is weird, but feels perfect with my insoles.

Just got these. I'm usually a leather or nothing person, but the comfort, style and price of these boots won me over. They have an odd feel since they are synthetic, but it's not bad. They feel like you're barefoot when you're wearing them so light and with such a flexible sole. The lace up back allows you to adjust for calf size and there's a little slot in the leather flap behind the laces that you thread the laces through in order to keep the flap in place and that's a nice detail and thoughtful. So far, I love them!

So, here's the thing. The foot area is perfect. My feet are normal width, but on the narrow side. I have lean but athletic legs. I'm not skinny, but I don't have particularly large calves either. These boots are super cute and I wanted to love them, but the shank is just so. damn. narrow. I loosened the back laces and got them to tie, but the look wasn't right. If the shanks were just a teeny bit wider in the calves, keeping them would have been easy decision.

I originally ordered a 39, which is what my other booties from this company were but the boots needed to be an entire size larger.

These boots look fantastic. The shape of the toe, the seam running up the middle, the back laces and the slight wedge-like heel all contribute to the attractiveness of the boot. There are a couple of things that make the boots less than perfect, though. For one, the back laces are real. There’s a tongue that runs up the back of the boot. If those laces ever come undone (I’ve double-knotted mine) or the tongue shifts, air gets in and the look gets spoiled. Two, the faux leather is crazy soft—think ballet slipper. That makes the boots comfortable, but not particularly warm and definitely not durable-feeling. In the toe, they feel exactly like you’re wearing slippers. Which brings me to the third note: the arch. It feels like I’m wearing two different shoes between the super soft front and the palpable arch piece in the back. They’re not necessarily uncomfortable, but their fit is unusual. It took some wearing for me to get used to them. Overall, they’re keepers because they look great, are water-resistant and are vegan. How they perform through the winter, I’ve yet to determine.

These boots are really cute and I was really hoping they would be the solution to my boot search. First, it was really difficult to even get my foot into the boot although it was zipped all the way down (I was afraid I would rip it). Second, it feels at least 1 size smaller. I ordered an 11.0-11.5 because 11.5 is my actual size and it felt more like a 10 or smaller and was incredibly tight on my foot once I got it in (I have fairly narrow feet so this was strange). It would be nice if manufacturers realized that there are vegan women with big feet and we like comfortable shoes too. Unfortunately these have to go back.

I was so disappointed in these boots. I have the Liana boot by this company and it is wonderful! I have used it for two seasons now and they always look fabulous. So I ordered these boots so I could have a brown boot in a different style. There is something wrong with the arch in these boots. I purchased size 39 and 40. Even though I always wear a 39 in Archopedico shoes, but reviewers said they ran small. The 39 was indeed too small and the 40 had the arch support feeling like a rock under my foot. The 39 actually was not that much better in that regard either. Archopedico needs to come out with another style winter boot for all of us who suffer from bunions. Their other shoes are wonderful. So I really do not understand where they are going wrong with their boot line.

Strange construction with the middle piece (between the lace up) being loose and only sewn into the boot at the bottom of the inside.

I had my first pair of these boots for ten years. I wore them through 5 winters when I moved and lived in Utah for 5 years and winters. They were not meant for the snow as they do not have the warm lining and are not built to be winter boots. But I would waterproof them each winter and those boots held up surprisingly well. Brought them back home with me to California and I wore them awhile before one heel literally disintegrated on me and my toe started to poke thru. So I finally gave them a proper burial and ordered another pair.

I have a flat foot and needed a sore that was comfortable and warm for a trip. These are great!

Awesome boots!

Good for narrow calf. My calf circumference is 13” and I had to loosen the laces a tiny bit at the top (but a previous customer might have tightened them). I also like that you can tighten them around the ankle too. I LOVE how light these are - feather weight for a knee high boot. Because the material is so thin and flexible I’m a little concerned about durability, especially because the tip of my big toe sticks up a little, only time will tell. I would have preferred to spend more for genuine leather’s durability, but couldn’t find any with this degree of adjustability. The arch support is substantial and will feel weird to anyone without high arches. When my husband saw these he said they looked like, “super hero boots,” ? but I like that they are minimalist, adjustable, and if they keep my feet from hurting as much as usual then, yes, I will feel like a super hero.

Lightweight, environmentally friendly and vegan. Feels really comfortable.

I am buying a second pair. I purchased these about 7 years ago, and have gotten complements on them ever since. They have held up beautifully, but I have worn a whole through the top where my big toe hits, which I have done on all my shoes. The calves are narrow, but that is what I was looking for. The bottom is thin, but has held up and shows no signs of wearing out. I can wear these all day long without my feet hurting. They are light and flexible. I have never replaced a pair of shoes with the exact same ones ever (nor do I write reviews), but I tried on hundreds of pairs of boots last time to get one that fit, with good support and looked stunning. So I think I will stick with this boot.

Love these cute boots! Haven’t warn them yet! But I like skinny boots because I’m a yoga teacher and clumpy boots don’t look so great with my yoga pant uniform. So excited. Thanks Zappos!

Love this boot! Super comfy, soft, stylish and well made! Not for wide calves. I’m 5’8” and 140 lbs and love how I can wear over jeans or tighten for bare leg. Love that they’re made in Portugal! Not China! It’s obvious from the quality.

The best thing about these boots is that they don’t gap at the calves. Finally some boots for skinny legs! I have problem feet but I find this brand to be very comfortable. Basically, every shoe style has the same platform. I kept the black pair of these and returned the brown ones simply due to cost. Thought they were a bit pricey, especially since they weren’t leather.

I got these because I bought 3 pairs of your cloth boots years ago, wore them out one pair at a time, and loved them so much. These don’t disappoint, but I did like the cloth ones. I’ve been getting compliments for years!

I love these boots. It’s my third time buying them. They hug the leg and are so soft.

I read all the reviews these and decided to take a chance and order my normal size ( 39) and hope they fit my calves . I have had a thyroid issue this past year and gained alot of weight so my calves are no longer thin. Well, I did need to slightly loosen the back laces but other than that these fit great and look great! I Love them!!! Arcopedico may very well be my favorite company! I own 7 pairs of their boots and each one fits wonderfully and is sooo comfy it really is like walking on supportive air! I am very pleased with these boots and I do require a good arch support in a shoe or boot and have slightly high arches.

So so so comfortable. Bought them for travel in Europe. Most comfortable boots I’ve ever had. So happy w them. Only packing sneakers for a workout. And I never written reviews. These are that comfortable.
