The stitching came out of the side seam at one of the fingers after only wearing them 3 times! Whats worse is that NorthFace states: "The North Face stands behind the quality of everything we sell and hope you're happy with your gear." But they must be unworn!!?? Does that make any sense at all??!! You can only test out the quality of a product by wearing them. 60 day return policy means nothing if you cant use it. Ok, so there is a warranty..but that also defeats the purpose of having gloves for winter that I wont get back for a month or more! These are size L, and i have average sized hands..it was not a fit issue at all.

I bought these gloves 3 weeks ago and I'm very disappointed. I have always purchased north face because it's the best. These gloves not only are tearing at the seams but all of my ETip is wearing off and now I have to remove my gloves to text (defeating the purpose of buying them). I will still always recommend north face, but you can buy cheap gloves that work just as well.

These gloves are thin and already wearing at only a few weeks and have never kept my hands warm in temps of only the 50s

I had these for one week and then the stitching fell apart. To get a refund, I need to spend $7.00 on postage. Not worth my time.

The fact that the touch function wore off so quick with these gloves is very disappointing considering how much they cost. I would not recommend. They also provide no warmth against the elements. Very disappointed.

Worked great until I washed them - now the etip functionality doesn't work (I have to take off the glove to use my phone) I liked them until they stopped working - wouldn't recommend buying.

Seam pulled apart after two weeks of use minimal use. Low quality junk, not typical of TNF.

I bought two pairs, one as a gift and one for me. The reason we buy gloves is for the winter and this glove is like having nothing on. The wind blows through and they are not warm at all. I went on a walk and my hands are frozen by the time I got home. It's great that I can use my cell phone but I might as well not have a glove on.

just bought these gloves, temp is 30 degrees figured they would be perfect. i was wrong the wind cuts right through them my hands would be the same as if did not have them on. if they could find away to make these with wind stopping ability i would like that. i like how thin they are just want a lil more warmth in a thin design

After a week of usage, and I repeat exactly 1 week, it torn up around the thumb. I am a heavy user of Northface since 6 years now and this is the first time I encounter such bad quality, I am really disappointed. Out of care for the brand I believe it should redesign the gloves to reflect the endurance and quality of Northface.

I bought these gloves and they ripped near the thumb within a week. Just by merely pulling off my gloves like regular, ripped the stitching by my thumb on one hand, then happened 2 weeks later on the opposite glove! I bought these gloves because it's supposed to be superior quality then cheaper gloves I bypassed and thus last longer. I love Northface products, have a coat that is on year 5 and still looks amazing. Just disappointed I dropped $50 on these for them not to last. Tried uploading pics of tears, but of course site won't let me.

I purchased a pair of these on the strength of the North face name. The first time I put them on my finger ripped through the top of the ring finger. On closer inspection, the finger wasn't stitched at all. No problem mistakes happen. Returned them for a new pair. On the SECOND time I put them on my middle finger rips through the top of the finger. On further inspection, yep, you guessed; it was barely stitched. I thought North Face was better quality then this! I'll be returning these as soon as it's feasible.

I bought these gloves and paid the price premium over other gloves hoping they would provide decent warmth, good dexterity and allow me to use my iphone. Unfortunately, they are not warm at all. The slightest breeze below 32F and you can feel it on your hand. The index fingers keep twisting so the non-Etip material contacts the screen so I have to keep turning the "finger" but it wants to go back. When they gloves are not on, the finger still wants to twist. Now, a month later one of the seams on the left thumb has opened up. TNF wants me to mail them back, what am I suppsed to wear for 6 weeks?

I ordered these gloves on October 12, 2013. I absolutely loved them; however, after 3 months of light use both gloves began to fall apart at the seams. I wish I could post picture! Sadly, I have to go through a month process to return them via online. Even worse is I have no promise that I won't just get another pair that were poorly sewen. Other than the pathetic durability of the gloves, I cannot be more happy with the actual function of the gloves themselves.

I recieved these gloves as a gift with the intent that I could where them while commuting, both by bus in and in the car, and still be able to use my touchscreen. The touch screen aspect works great but my hands are freezing in temperatures ranging from +2C to -25C. While driving my warmed up car the temperature of my hands was painfully cold.

The gloves certainly let you use your digital device, but if you are buying these to keep your hands warm (i.e. the traditional function of hand-wear) they might not work out for you. Your hands might be well chilled! I find that if the temperature is below 0c they are really not useful at all, even if you are walking or have a high level of activity. The material really does not block the wind so you end up with cold hands. Good idea from a design standpoint but the material of the gloves is perhaps not ideal and needs more thermal or wind blocking properties to be of any use. I have owned lots of NF products but this is the first one I would say is a fail.
