I bought these for my 10 year old son and he loves them. Said they are very comfortable (he does alot of walkong and running). I definitely recommend.

I purchased these for my 7 year old! He absolutely loves the look and feel of these shoes. He requires inserts and these shoes easily accommodated the inserts. Our podiatrist recommends new balance and we are extremely happy!!!

Great, lightweight, summer shoe that fits my speedy runner like a glove...but returning because there’s no cut out on the very back of the shoe for the ankle. My guy is used to the 574 which has the allowance for the back of the ankle/leg to bend. Thanks, Zappos, for letting us try these. We are going to try another New Balance style, the 888.

Loved this show when it arrived. Color was good. Design is cool and it fits well. But after only 2 weeks of wear, the laces are falling apart. They are also a bit long for a children’s shoe

These have been my son's only tennis shoes for SIX MONTHS and they are still holding up great. Cannot recommend enough!

Great arch support.As well, my son has a wide foot so the width of the shoe was also important. Holds up great. I have had to re-glue the toe rubber flap but it does not effect the shoe structure.

This shoe is perfect for my 10 yr-old grandson, who picked them out. He has a wide foot and he's really hard on his shoes. We always buy New Balance for that reason - they fit him well and they last. He was really excited about the 2-day shipping so he could have them in time to start the new semester.

I bought this shoe for my 6 year old grandson and they git him perfectly! Liked how the sole was grey instead of white. They were very true to size and looked very sturdy and comfortable!

My son LOVES these shoes, and he is super picky!! He usually needs to try on a million pairs before he finds one he likes. He says he loves the way they fit, feel and look!

I purchased these for my 10 year old son for school shoes. He likes to run and is very active. They've been great the first week that he's worn them. I guess the true test is in a few months how they're holding up. They are pretty true to fit and seem durable.

My youngest pretty consistently wears a size 1 in sneakers, and these proved to fit as expected. We initially ordered the 2 (he usually wears a 2 in sandals) and they were quite large! They've held up shockingly well to daily wear for 2 months - no holes, no wearing down of the soles, no weak shoe laces. The laces are really nice and hold up to his tugging really well!

There was not enough cushioning on the foot bed for my son. Quite simply he said they were “too hard”. Cute shoe, seemed well made but went back.

I bought these for my son because he wanted to started running with me. He reports they're very comfortable and I'm glad I went with the wide (he's never worn wide before).

Order these for my 11 yr old in the Galaxy/Polaris and EW. He loves them. Says they were so comfortable right out of the box. Always buy New Balance for my kids. Great shoes!

My son loves these shoes and thinks they are really comfortable. His only negative comment is that they are slippery in wet grass.

My 9 year old son loves this sneaker. He had been wearing a Nike shoe for the past couple of years, but switched to the New Balance. It gives him more support and seems like a sturdier shoe overall, but still looks really good.

The black hi-lite color is very cool. Super light feeling. Haven’t worn for long periods of time yet.
