I have a size 36C/D chest and have this in a size medium. It fits pretty well. I wouldn’t size up or down. The back detail is very cute and I receive compliments frequently when I wear it. The only negative is you can see sweat stains during a harder/sweaty workout around the boob crease area. It may be the light blue color selection. Overall very fun workout top and I wear it frequently. This is medium to low support so best for pilates/yoga/walking/weight lifting only. No super high impact activities unless you are small chested. I have a large chest that needs support and I feel like this holds my breasts well but I wouldn’t run in it.

Fits true to size, flattering, and easy to get on and off. No complaints!

The fit was a bit off. I’m a 32, small B and ordered a small. It was big around the neck/armpits, but fit around the waist/bust. I’m normally an XS or S. I kept it BC I loved the style and it was comfortable. I’m just going to have it sewn to fit me around the neck.

I usually wear a small in Alo tops and small or xs in their leggings. I’ve never bought an Alo sports bra before, but the medium fit me. I’m a 35D. It’s awesome. I was able to run three miles in it and I normally have to wear a super supportive sports bra to run. It’s also longer than a normal sports bra. Just a few inches of torso will show if you wear high waist leggings. Overall I love it and will buy more.

Super cute. Got several compliments when I wore it. And was comfortable while doing yoga.

I'm only giving it a 4 because I have worn it to work out yet. I did not expect this bra to fit me, but it was so cute I had to at least try. I am a 32G so NOTHING ever fits at both my torso and my bust. I ordered a S/M and it actually fit and was flattering - I don't know if all the straps across the back allow for more of a custom fit because they stretch differently on different bodies. I plan to wear for low impact or leisure wear.
