I really wanted this shoe to fit. Ordered this shoe in Wide which worked for my bunions but even with the ankle strap it was too loose.

The front band was way too thick and caused my toes to be squished. The shoe bed was very comfortable though. I had to return unfortunately.

This is a very cute sandal but the front strap is extremely narrow. I am returning the size 7.5B and reordering in a 7.5W. I'm a bit skeptical as I have never worn a wide-width shoe. But, this is a super cute shoe and I am hopefully the wider-width will do the trick.

I ordered Size 7-Wide fit my wife's "real women" foot. The shoe is true to size and the front strap large enough for her foot; however, the ankle strap did not provide enough support to keep her heel in place. Also the ankle strap would have needed another hole to buckle the strap if she kept it. She found them comfortable and sexy given the low heel height. I purchased the Black and Lodge Brown Pearl Leather. I thought they were both nice colors but she didn't like the brown pearl. So unfortunately I had to return them.

I saw the other reviews about the ankle strap being too short...thought I would give it a chance. I should have listened to everyone else. You better have a very slim ankle if you want to wear this shoe. Otherwise, it is a beautful shoe.

I felt these shoes had a cheap look. They were stiff and unforgiving. The color was off for me. Returning.

As previously stated, the shoe is elegant and fits very well. Also noted in another review, the inner sole is slippery and doesn't give a secure feel. For that reason, I am returning them. BG Tucson, AZ 2-1-19

NOT wide in any sense of the word..... the ankle strap is NOT wide. Watch out.

I ordered a half size down and a W width (usually 8.5W) based on reviews and was happy with the fit. I was pleased with the pearly colored material and the way the ankle strap fit, but the strap around the heel was a strange fit. Going back.

So wanted to love this shoe. I wear a true 10.5 and the size and fit was perfect. Very comfortable shoe, however, the design of the toe area above the foot band was so narrow and v-shaped that part of my toes were off the edge - not attractive at all. Had to return.

I wanted to love these shoes! Unfortunately, they flopped around on my foot because the straps in the back don't do anything to hold the shoe on your foot. These will feel more like a sandal - don't count on that back strap! I returned these ASAP.

Clean design, but the size is a problem for me. Ordered my normal 9N size, but the straps are far too loose. Would be impossible to walk. Will try another style.

Ordered normal narrow width, but this style is too wide for me. Glad Zappos makes returns easy!

It was wide in the toe box area so my foot slid around. Pretty gold finish. Great heel height.

Wow, I was really surprised at how uncomfortable these shoes were. I had assumed that, being Naturalizers, they'd be really comfortable, but the strap across the toe was snug and the overall fit was just awkward. It felt as if the heel was placed in quite the right location under the shoe, so the walking gait and stability felt off. I can only surmise that Naturalizer doesn't produce enough heels to truly understand how to engineer them. If you're in the market for an attractive yet comfortable, lower heel I'd recommend Pelle Moda or David Tate. Sam Edelman also makes some great lower-heeled options.

Very uncomfortable, and felt too small

I ordered these in a 9.5 Wide, which was true to size and width. Unfortunately the shoe felt like it was going to fall off at any time. There just isn't enough to keep in on your foot. Also, the strap across the toe hit me at a very odd spot, which pushed all my toes over to the side. Looked very unflattering. The color, Gold, was very pretty though.

If you have cankles....Don't buy these! I wanted these to work because I bet they are comfortable, but they did not fit my plus size ankles (I ordered the size 8.5 wide and have a 10 in circumference ankle for those who must know). So sad :( On the other hand, the Kinsley is awesome!!!! ...just a little taller

The front was too wide for my feet (wear 5.5). My toes came out outside the shoe with gravity. Not for me, the leather didn’t feel comfortable and felt stiff. Will return.

I do not know what is going on with these shoes, but the sizing is WAY off! I ordered them in a 7W and a 7.5W. Not only did they not even accommodate my foot, width-wise, they were very, very small. And the strap didn't even reach the whole way around my ankle! I have very rarely worn a size 8 in any brand, but this wasn't an issue of a half size. And my ankles are an average to smaller than average size. If I had to judge, I would say these shoes are in the size 5.5-6 range by any other standard. Crazy! They were so small that I couldn't even judge what they'd look like on. If I were to order a replacement (I would not), I would probably start with a size 9W.
