This was made for a giant tall person. I am 5'2" and followed recommendation to order a larger size. I normally wear a small but ordered a medium. It was large and baggy and torso too long. Ordering a smaller size will not help.

I wanted to love this swimsuit, but it's going back. For starters, I was so disappointed to find that the "beading" around the edges is printed on the fabric, which really cheapened the look of the otherwise nicely-made suit. Also, as other reviewers have mentioned, the suit is very long. I'm 5'3, 125 lbs and I ordered the small, and it was just too long for my torso by many inches. This swimsuit would probably fit women over 5'6 best.
