I have never been able to wear pumps because of my various foot issues (bunion on left foot, narrow ankles, weak arches) but I figured I would give these a shot. Unfortunately I had to return them. However, I think for most women these would be a great shoe. I could tell how comfortable they would be for anyone who normally wears pumps. They have so much cushioning! Even on the sides! I was really sad to return them. I am giving them 5 stars even thought they didn't work for my feet because it would be unfair to judge them based on my crazy feet!

Very comfortable shoes that look dressy. I wore them the first time to a wedding,which was an all day event, and my feet didn’t hurt - my bunions weren’t screaming! First time in a long time that shoes, other than my tennis shoes, felt good on my feet.

What I liked most is that it has a proper heel but isn't too tall (1 1/2 inches). So, it looks dressy but doesn't have a very high heel. That's hard to find!

I ordered these shoes in Extra Wide. They are not even regular wide. They are very narrow. Had to return. Must be made in Asia.

When I took the shoes out of the box, I thought NO WAY are these extra wide. I was so surprised when I tried them on. They fit perfect! I love the pleats--makes them dressier than just regular pumps. The heel size is perfect, not too tall and not too short. Very stylish. I highly recommend these shoes.

I purchased this shoe earlier this summer in another color. It is very comfortable so I had to order one in black. I originally ordered a 9N in the summer but that didn't work at all. Too small and tight. The 9-1/2M fit perfectly so it is possible that these run small. I want to give a HUGE shout out to Zappos. I ordered these on the Monday afternoon following Thanksgiving and they were delivered to me the next day in the morning. Unbelievably fast.

I would have loved to keep this pair.They would have fit great 20 or even 10 years ago, but now with my bunions :( they are too narrow at the "ball" of my feet and too pointy. Too bad. So cute. Would have been very comfortable for my former feet. For a younger woman. Or a woman without yukky feet.

These shoes fit really well, and I think I could walk and stand in them for a long time. I did go 1/2 size up because the first ones I ordered were just a little tight; going up a half size made them fit perfectly. They are very stylish; the the decoration on the front looks really nice. Unfortunately I just learned that I need absolutely plain black shoes, but for regular wear I would love these!

These look stylish, and they fit! The sides have a nice, soft feel. The sole has a flexible grip that makes them great for walking. Excellent price. I wish it was available in more colors.

These shoes are so cute and the foot bed is padded for maximum comfort. Unfortunately, they were a full size too small. I wear a 10AA narrow in Soft Style but will return for an 11AA....no 1/2 size offered.

They fit perfectly! I am so relieved to find something pretty to fit my difficult feet. I have a narrow heel, but need room for my toes. I put these shoes on about an hour ago, and I'm still wearing them. They're very comfortable. My "normal" size is 8 1/2, but it's so hard for me to find narrow shoes that are not too narrow in the toes. I'm often forced to wear 8 mediums, which are hardly ever perfect. The 8 1/2 narrow navy blue shoes are keepers! I'm going to get other colors.

I just purchased the 8.5 narrow. They were too short and too narrow. I was stunned because I have an extremely narrow foot. So I ordered the 9 narrow. This also was too narrow. However, the length was better. So now I ordered the 9 B width. I am awaiting it’s arrival. The shoes are cute in navy. Hopefully these will work out for me.

Comfortable cute shoes

These are great, so far. I don't find them overly snug at all. They fit just right.

Sooo comfortable! Couldn't rate higher than a 5. And will go well with slacks, skirt, dress or shorts. They are right up my alley. Some may find them slightly boring...I say versatile Hush Puppies = Comfort

If I get several years of wear out of these cute pumps, I will be happy. I am not one to generally purchase shoes not made of leather but I took a risk and did so with these. So far so good; I am on Day 2 and they fit well, are comfortable and true to size for me. I ordered an 8 EEWide and I am happy with the sizing.

Super cute and comfortable. However, they were not wide enough. I ordered my size in a wide width, but the shoes just weren't quite wide enough for my feet. Bummer, too, because I really like these shoes!

I ordered this shoes online, I am very disappointed on the color. On the picture it shows navy blue but when I got the shoes, it exactly a Ash blue. The color looks so awful that I can't wear them. I'm returning this shoes.

I was looking for a nice, low heel pump to where to work. I thought this shoe would be that for me, but it runs small. I have worn a 5.5 forever and purchased the majority of my shoes through Zappos because they carry my size. I would have purchased the size 6, but it was not in stock.

It's a beautiful shoe, BUT, I ordered my normal size and it's at least a full size too small. The width (Narrow) felt right... Just not the length....
