Astonishingly small. I normally wear a 7 or a 7.5 in shoes but I could hardly squeeze into an 8 in these. Normally, I would never recommend going up two sizes, but you might want to try that with these.

I got these on 3/5/19 and wore them today 3/6/19. Pluses: Warm-most of the UGGS I own are very warm, and these are no exception. It was 10 degrees here today (in the Midwest) and I was fine. Comfortable-I wore them for my 3/4 mile walk to the train station-again I was fine. Wore them and walked all day at work (more on that later). I was fine. Looks-meh. They kind of look like a cross between ski boots and Frankenstein boots, but when it is really cold I don’t care. Minuses: Fit-I bought a 9.5 beause the 9 was sold out. I figured I would wear thicker socks. Once I got them on, they were a little big. I normally wear 8.5 for reference. Getting them on-This needs its own category. They were unbelievably difficult to get on. My left foot is smaller, and it probably took 15 minutes to get it on. The right foot easily took 30 minutes. Have never had this happen with any boot. I kept them on at work because I didn’t want to chance trying to pit them back on!! Got home amd fortunately, getting them off (for me) was MUCH easier (maybe it’s that full size bigger)! I noticed when I was trying to get them on that the back was very straight. Human feet aren’t made like that. Also the opening is relatively small. That contributes to the difficulty in getting them on. My second attempt to put them on after I got home was much more successful. I think they may get easier with time, but the jury is still out on that. Untested: I got these because I wanted to see if the Arctic Grip soles would be effective on ice. Of course, now we have no ice on the ground. I really want to see if they prevent slipping since I walk so much. I think we are getting snow this weekend, so maybe I will test them. Overall I can’t recommend these even though they are warm and comfortable. The fit is a big deal, and you shouldn’t have to buy boots a size bigger to get them to kind of fit. There is plenty of toe room for me, above (too long) and around ( a bit wide-ish). Hope this helps someone. I know this is long, but I am a commuter, so if you are one who has to walk or wait for trains, it may help you. To me, they are not a fashion statement (ymmv)-I have cuter UGGS!

These boots were cute and warm. However, they were too bulky so I returned.

love these boots so much, they are comfortable, warm, and so stylish! I get so many compliments on them. My only problem that bothers me quite a bit is that Ive had them for less than a month and they scuff so bad. I got the grey color and what I thought was just a little dirt is actually scuffed up leather and I am unable to clean it up. Very disappointing, consider this when spending so much money for a pair of boots.

Depends recommendation ... everyone has own taste but overall boot looks just bought these end of winter 2017 so tryin them this year; boots look as shown on website; really do not like the bungie cord shoestrings - do not really stay tied without kind of forcing it by double/triple knot - guess that's why website show model boot is wrapped twice then tied; I like Uggs but it appears their footwear in 8 1/2 (which i wear) is just right or a little tight (minimum space allow for toes room) but sized up to 9 is too big or loose - shoemaker need to make shoe have some give - maybe they will over time; that's my opinion everyone's feet is different

This is a very durable winter boot, it can withstand both rain and snow. However the shoe strings don't stay tied together to well and they crease easily. They also tend to get worn out a little around the ankle area due to simple walking motion.

Beautiful , cute looking boots but wore them 2 days in a row and I have cuts on my heels and baby toes. I even sized up 1,5 sizes so it can't be that they are too small. Won't be wearing these for long walking trips. Not impressed as they were not cheap. :(

Very cute shoes, but I could not get them on. Wow, Ugg is getting smaller and smaller with their shoes - maybe that will benefit the smaller sized feet, but not the larger sizes. I wear an 8-8.5 sometimes wide shoes and the 9 was wayyy too small - could not get my foot inside. I am not going to a 9.5 or 10 - that is ridiculous! I am going to have to find an Ugg substitute unfortunately as they have gotten way too narrow and small. Crocs did the same thing. I am not sure why. They both are taking away the initial reason people loved them so much.

I have worn these about 6 times since p purchase and the tips/toes have the coloring coming off. Super disappointed because I have never had a single issue with any of my UGGs in the past. Super comfortable and warm. Contacting customer service.

I love the look of those boots, they're stylish but yet not so comfortable and feel stiff all over. I decided to exchange for Adinorack II because the leather is so much softer it feels much more comfortable for my feet also because of better shape of the insole.

I usually wear 7 or 7.5 on all shoes and boots, but when I received the boots, it was too small so I exchanged it to next bigger size. I received exchange, but it is still small on side way, I had to return them this time. I don't want to wear too big of size because it was already bigger on the length. But design was very beautiful, looks very warm for winter especially snowy place like I live.

I wanted these boots for the NYC cold. They are super cute in person but quite narrow. I tried to wear them without socks and just made it bearable smh.

I wanted to love these Uggs boots because they seemed to be exactly what I was looking for. I am 66 years old, I need mega cushioning and support which these boots DID provide, but sadly they run very narrow and my bad left foot leaned into the far side causing numbness after awhile. The shoelaces are a joke. They came undone immediately and even after a double knot!! I can't afford a fall from my own shoelaces! I bought the Black, which seemed to pick up every white mark.~ Sadly, I must return. Thank You Zappos for your great service.

I am disappointed!!!! I bought these uggs because I fell in love with them and thought they were cute. I order a 9. Well to my disappointment they aren't insulated. I went had to someplace cold and my feet were cold. Not only that putting on these uggs were a struggle. The opening was narrow. I have these uggs to someone else in my family with narrow feet.

I bought these to try out the Vibram Arctic Grip sole, which the manufacturer advertises as "specifically engineered and designed to perform on wet ice." But I found these boots had no traction on ice and were in fact worse in terms of ice traction than any other shoes I owned. (It was easy to test since the sidewalks in Minneapolis have been covered in dangerous ice for the last several weeks.) Returned, and I will buy either Yaktrax Diamond Grip cleats or Icebug studded boots, or both, in the future. The Yaktrax were recommended to me by the young woman who breezed sure-footedly past me with her dog and baby stroller on one of those treacherous ice-covered sidewalks, and that's what she was wearing over her shoes. The Icebug studded boots were recommended by a Minnesota-based NBC news producer I happened to meet at a children's party who is sometimes asked to report on extreme winter weather in Minnesota, and that's what he wears in those situations.
I'd also recommend:
Yaktrax, Icebug

I am a 7.5, ordered a 7.5 and couldnt get the boot on. The style is really nice for a waterproof boot, however I am returning because they dont fit. In regular classic uggs, I am a 7.

I had such high hopes for these boots. I am a size 6 and these in the size 6 that i received as a xmas gift were SO tight and actually hurt my foot because it was crushing the tops of my arches. I reordered in 6.5 after trying on in a different color in a non ugg store and they fit fine there. When the 6.5 came I couldn't even fit my foot inside i had to have my husband literally yank them onto my feet and again the same exact problem painfully crushing my arches. So for a THIRD time now i reordered in the size 7. They just came and I AGAIN can not get my foot inside and when i finally do, there is the unbearable crushing yet again. Not to mention that I looked online and did the "my size in my location" section, drove 40 minutes to the ugg store to be rudely told they didn't have them and that I shouldn't have used online that I should have called. I also called and no one answered 3 times so that's when i took the chance and believed online inventory. Now it's been 3.5 weeks in the middle of winter and I still have no snow boots to show because they can't make boots that fit. I have very small very thin feet but my arches are slightly high. I have never had problems with shoes before. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!
