I usually wear an 8, so I bought a 39 like I always do. They were ENORMOUS. It felt like I were slipping on a 10. At least an inch in back leftover and even with thick socks, it still slid off every step (not planning to wear socks with these. Ever). I also bought the At Ease Loafer, same brand so I assumed the sizing would be similar. I bought it in a 38 and it fits exactly as 38 normally does - too small. Love both pairs, but sending both back and having to adjust size to the opposite of what I originally purchased. Long story short, this particular make of shoe is at least one size larger than you expect. I suggest to buy a size smaller than whatever you normally purchase. Other than the sizing being off, it's a pretty awesome shoe. Cute, fun, and comfortable.
