I haven't worn this in cold weather yet, so I can not attest to their warmth at all. I decided to take a chance and order these, even with the very little reviews I could find online. A reviewer mentioned these fit narrow/normal, she is correct. I typically wear a 12W shoe. I also have bigger ankles and fat calves, tis life. However, even after working all day and having a bit of the normal foot/ankle swelling, I was able to pull these boots on just fine. My feet feel great in them, I've been walking around my house in them and they are great. I've never tried on other Sorel boots, so I'm not sure if they fit a bit wider in other models. I will say that getting them on is a bit of a chore, because the upper is soft leather, your foot goes in almost like it would a sock, then the harder shell of the bottom part of the boot you have to hold the sides and push your foot in the rest of the way. I, personally, cannot wear thick winter socks with them, but I also don't like thick winter socks unless I am at home. I typically wear ankle socks and that is what I will wear with these. I also have my leggings tucked into them and they fit fine. I purchased these for rain/light snow for my upcoming vacation to Washington State, and thought they would be an investment for when I move back to Utah next year. I'm hoping that like other Sorel customers have said, that these last for years and years.

These boots are great! Slightly narrow - I usually wear medium width, not wide width, but my feet are on the wider side of medium, and if they were any wider the boots might not be comfortable - but other than that I have no complaints. They're super easy to get on - they do have laces, which you can use to adjust how tightly they fit, but for me, without the laces tightened, they're just perfect slip-on boots. They also have removable insoles and plenty of room for my inserts without squashing my feet. And most importantly, they're very warm and waterproof, comfy to wear for hours, and have been holding up to the Michigan winter like champs for the past couple months - even when it's painfully cold out, the cold stops just above my ankles, like magic. These are the first boots I've owned that are too warm to wear all day indoors - for the first time in my life, I have to keep other shoes in my office to change into! And they look great, very sleek and streamlined, not clunky at all - I don't know how Sorel managed to make these boots this good, but they truly are amazing - best winter/snow boots I've put on my feet in my life. HIGHLY recommended!

I would order these in every color if I could.

Super cute design - but too narrow:( I'm always a 7.5 in all brands except Sorel, I buy a size 8 - they have changed their foot model to be so narrow that an average foot feels congested :( Returning

These are exactly what I was looking for! I ordered two pairs for comparison (this and the Sorel Winter Carnival). These fit well with thick socks - usually I have to size up a half size for that, but not this time. They also aren’t so clunky and wide in the toe as the other pair and many other snow boots. I have wide calves, so I was worried about the fixed tongue, but these have just the right amount of spare space and come to a height that’s quite comfortable! I would definitely recommend for others who have that wide calf problem.

I ordered up a half size boots fit a little lose but I plan to wear thicker socks. Perfect for snow boots! I love them!

I am so happy with these boots. They are amazingly comfortable. I have an average foot and almost always wear 7.5 B. I find that the B width fits true to size. Good value for the money. I bought an 8 also because I was finding that many boots fit tight but these fit in length and width as a 7.5. Lightweight and cozy.

I returned these. The fit was fine and they’re cute, but they felt cheap. I would compare the quality to a $39 Target boot. They don’t seem warm at all.

I love these! Super stylish, yes they are a bit narrow, but I like this in a snow boot instead of a clunky shoe! cant wait to wear them in the snow!

Don’t size up 1/2 a size as others recommended.... stick with your normal shoe size and you should be fine. Ordered a 6.5 and my foot is swimming in this boot! Going to return and get my normal size 6.

I haven't put these through an upstate NY winter yet but decided they had enough going for them to give them a try. Agree with other reviewer on the lack of support inside. The insole is pretty flimsy. I replaced it with a Superfeet winter insole and it's much improved. The toe box area is a little snug but wider for Sorels, which usually run tight on me. Like that the sneaker-like laces are very easy to tie up. Plus they're high enough to tuck skinny/straight pant legs inside and not too bulky to wear under pants as well.

Little narrow thru heel. Very good looking boots. Warm. Even in this very cold Michigan winter.

I ordered these boots for my daughter and she usually has to wear wide width shoes and boots. We went up a 1/2 size from what she usually wears, being they were regular width. They fit her great and she really likes how comfortable and lightweight they are.

I love these boots! I especially appreciate that I can remove the insole and use my own orthotic; no more painful feet in snow boots! I tend to have wide feet and snow boots are often to narrow for me, these are just right. They are warm, well constructed and look great! Every time I wear them people tell me how cute they are. Highly recommend them.

I normally wear a 9.5 in hiking boots so ordered a 9.5 in this boot. I have wide feet and this fits perfectly. I have been looking for a mid boot that I can just step into without fiddling with laces. I use this boot as a utility boot to quickly step into to take the dog out in the snow. I'm able to wear wool socks with the boots, which is important here in the mountains of Montana. I'm delighted that this is the perfect solution to what has been a problem for me. I find I even want to keep these on when I'm back inside since they keep my feet cozy. I do wish these boots didn't have the fake fur, which I think looks cheap. However, I am quite willing to overlook this since the boots work so well for me. I won't be wearing these for hiking, preferring my many Merrell hikers for that.

Bought these for my daughter to wear on a trip to Chicago. After reading other reviews, we ordered a 1/2 size larger & they fit perfect when wearing thick socks. My daughter loves the boots and for our 1st time seeing snow, as we live in FL, her feet stayed toasty and warm! We were in Chicago the week before the polar vortex, thankfully, but were in temperatures in the single digits at times, feeling below 0. The boots were perfect & very stylish for any age! I’ve included a photo of my daughters, the one in the middle is wearing these boots! Highly recommend these boots!

I bought these for a snow trip to Utah and they were perfect warm comfy and cute!

Size might be a little big but thick socks are in order anyway so they are perfect for winter. Love the color and style. I thought the heel might be a little tall but it is not. I love them!
