The shoes came in a generic box, leading me to believe they were in someones closet for a while before returned. Also, the right show sole was slightly dirty, thinking they were worn. I love Zappos and have never had this problem before.

Cute, but not comfy. These run very narrow in the toe box. I'm going to return them.

This is a lovely shoe for a very narrow foot. I actually have a narrow foot and as a size 8 the front strap would have pinched and caused me to blister had I kept these shoes. My advice might be to size up a 12 size? They are great shoes and nice quality I think I may have gotten the wrong size. Thats why I LOVE Zappos, free shipping free returns! I will be back!

Shoe was too narrow and front of shoe need a small platform....would be more comfortable. Nice leather

I so wanted to love these shoes, but the front strap scraped a blister on my big toe within 5-10 minutes of wear in the house. Unfortunatly they have to go back.

Absolutely beautiful shoe but the strap across the toes is very narrow, even on my slim feet so sadly had to return these shoes.

I loved the look of these shoes. However, the back that goes over the heel of my foot was uncomfortable and the strap hit my ankle at an awkward place. I did not think breaking in would remedy this, so I returned the shoes.

Visually what I wanted but not comfortable!

I tried these in natural. The color was nice. As for the fit, I'm usually a 6 1/2 which is what I ordered. But the toe box narrows off dramatically and the strap squeezed my toes really tight (no I don't have a fat foot) so quite uncomfortable. Also, I must have short toes since I had at least 1/2" of foot bed showing. The back strap did not hold tighten enough to hold it snugly. Going back.

Realizing that nine west shoes are too narrow for my feet- I do not typically take a wide shoe but in this brand I would need to - stylish but not comfortable and too narrow

Beautiful, sexy shoe but unfortunately as others have written not wide enough. I have average width feet but a high instep. My smaller toes were definitely squished. Sorry to say I had to return them.

Did not fit properly over my little toe. Sadly, cute shoe, just not fitting properly.

These are cute shoes, but VERY WIDE. I have a medium foot, and slide way down. Had to return.

Super cute shoe but hurt my toes! Couldn't wear them more than a couple hours. Perfect if you have REALLY narrow feet! I wish they worked out...

It's a nice shoe, but too narrow in the toe area. I couldn't fit my foot into the toe area.

Got these for my daughter. The strap across the toes is SO tight on these!! Wish they came in a wide width, but they unfortunately have to go back.

This shoe was much too small. I wear a size 11, Medium with most brands, and sometimes a 12 if it is cut really small. This was not cut to an actual size 11.I was able to get the shoe on my foot, but my toes were obviously squeezed into the shoe. Had to return.

Buckle hits right at the ankle, unfortunately making this uncomfortable to wear. Otherwise it would've been a great shoe.

Cute shoe, but the front strap cut into my foot. For the record, I do have a wide foot, so this didn't fit at all. Ankle strap was comfortable though. I'd recommend this to someone with a narrower foot.

Loved the style and color of the shoe. Unfortunately it wasn't super comfortable. The straps by the toes really dug into my feet. I wouldn't recommend them if you plan on walking around a lot.

I'm sometimes a wide because my feet have thin narrow ankles but wider in the front and the front strap is way too tight and the toe is quite pointed. The style is off to me.

Fit OK except that the heel sticks straight up so there's a gap between the heel and the shoe back.

So cute! But very hard leather and narrow.
