I LOVE these shoes!!! They are an awesome trail running shoe, I was able to take them straight out of the box and go for a run no “break in” time!!! I have a wide foot and these feel great. I’m going to order another pair!!!

Really wanted to like these. I regularly wear a size 11 B ... Those were too small. Ordered 11 -1/2 and waited til the Fall cooler weather when my feet tend to be smaller ... still too small, plus the ties/construction hurt the top of my foot. Did not want to order up again as the shoe does look rather bulky. So glad for Zappo's return policy.

Runs small but works for my trail run. They were too tight when I put my insoles in.

I’ve worn these for 2 summers of trail running. They do require a breaking in period as they are a bit narrow in the toe box but once I’ve run in them a few weeks they’ve stretched out snout for me. I do anywhere from 3 mike trail runs to 18 mike trail runs and they’ve been pretty good.

I think this is the shoe, well once I return it for a half size bigger :) I have been on the hunt for an aggressive yet comfortable shoe for extreme trail running (uphill/downhill rocky and muddy terrain). I ordered 3 different styles of "trail running" shoes thanks to zappos easy return/exchange system, and this I think will be the Goldilocks. Very aggressive tread, center sole rock plate for protection, nice wide toe box to allow toes to spread out, sturdy toe bumper for the times you miscalculate your rise and kick a rock, and excellent ankle support. This shoe does fit very snug across the top of your foot making it ideal for narrow feet. It is hard for me to find a snug fitting shoe that doesn't in turn pinch my toes, so I was pleasantly pleased that after passing my foot through the narrow body that the toe box opened up. However, I am normally an 8.5 but I will be returning these for a 9 simply because I wear a little thicker sock for an extremely long hike. In my everyday thin no-show socks an 8.5 would have been spot on. Love the color choices, sad my original pick is not available in a 9 but I will survive!

A pretty comfortable shoe with decent traction, and I kept them. However, I have a bit of a narrow heel and when I used these for hiking (which was my original intent) my heel slipped. I tried tightening the laces to prevent it, but the shoe is already a bit narrow and snug across the top, so that when I laced it tighter and felt almost numbing on my foot. I like the look of them, but I’m now alternating between pairs La Sportiva and Salomon for hiking. I imagine these are ideal for someone with a narrow foot but NOT a narrow heel.

I haven’t worn them yet for the reason I purchased which is hiking around Ireland. They seem comfy. I ordered my usus 8.5 in Nike’s and they were too small so I had to go up 1/2 size. One reason I like them is they are all black. Slot of trail shoes/ hiking sneakers have too many straps and ties and /or bright colors.

These were perfect for several days of hiking. They feel pretty heavy duty compared to other sneakers so I haven’t worn them for any other activities.

I really wanted this shoe to work for me - they feel sturdy without being too heavy, and the way the soles are shaped feels good; they curve up in the back and it feels like they would discourage heel striking, which my knees appreciate. I felt like they had great potential. A problem I often have with runners is pressure on the side of my foot on the ball (I get blisters), and I could tell after a brief walk around the house that these would aggravate that so I’m sending them back. If it weren’t for that I would have loved them.

Left shoe feels amazing but right feels snug. Seems strange as my left foot is the one to feel snug in all other shoes. Hoping they break in to both feel comfy.

What a bummer. I was really looking forward to these and using them for future trails. The toe box is okay. It has room but could be a little wider. I measure a 12B on a Brannock device and felt these were a 1/2 size too small. Black toenails every single time. Love the idea of these shoes but just didn't work.

I'm usually a true 6.5 and 7 in Nike running shoes, but the 7s felt more than a little snug. Because of this I couldn't really get a true feel of the shoes but from walking around my apt a little they were fine comfort-wise. Will be exchanging for a half size larger and review then.

Loved this look on this shoe. However if you have a high instep DO NOT buy this shoe. It has a snug band around the arch of the foot that is so tight it will cut off circulation to your foot. This is because the tongue and arch area isn’t adjustable. It’s all one piece. I even ordered 1/2 size up for extra room but ultimately had to return due to discomfort. Definitely cannot wear with thick socks either. Sad I had to return.

I have worn Nike trail running shoes for over 10 years, size 9.5 fits me perfect everytime. These shoes are triple cute, but unfortunately, the solid yellow band that goes across the top of the shoe makes it a no go for my high arches/tall foot. The yellow band that goes across the top made it very tight and uncomfortable on the top of my foot so had to return. Nike's trail options are so limited right now. Looks like I have to go with Adidas.

Theses shoes fit fine but it was stiff as a board and provided very little cushion. I've used Asics for years and thought I'd try Nike running shoes again. I removed the insoles and put in my Asics insoles and they felt more comfy. Decided to return them and ordered another pair of Asics which provides the BEST cushion and support than any other running shoes I've had.

The shoe is very tight across the instep if you have a high arch. Returning as they're not comfortable
