Great as a trainer but I would not recommend running in them. They do not have support and cushion required to be an outstanding runner, unless you are still in the mindset of the minimalist shoe style. The runners I know gave up on those years ago due to joint and knee pain.I would look towards Brooks for the ultimate runner. Anyway, the Nike Flex RN I use exclusively when I am training in the gym doing lightweight squats, etc. I do not think you would want to load them with weighted squats. Buy a true trainer. The flexible design helps me to keep my balance and form to correctly practice core strengthening exercises. I am concerned with durability not expecting a long life from these. I you were wearing them for sneakers and get them wet they will be garbage in a few months.

I was hesitant to get these because I couldn't tell if the sole was foam or rubber but the actual part touching the ground is rubber which is outstanding. I was more than happy with this purchase as the arch and heel support are much better than I expected. I've spent a lot more on Nike running shoes that weren't this foot friendly. I may order another pair in grey. ????

Nice style, great color selections and fair price. I do not accept this as a runner. It's more a sneaker or an inside gym shoe. Will be disposable if you get them wet and play outdoors in them. Cool shoes, looks good with jeans.

Great comfortable shoe for they gym, relatively flat sole and a 7mm drop that works well for my needs lifting weights and light cardio around the gym. Im not a runner so I can't tell you how well they do, the knit upper is pretty thin so I cant imagine them taking too much abuse before they give way. But as a general gym shoe these are great, and comfortable, and light which is all I need. Warning: they do run a half size small, so if you order get a half size up and you wont be disappointed.

These make running a blast. Nikes always fit my foot perfectly and these are no different. Love the light weight and clean look. Sometimes wish there was a loop to pull on the back but that might ruin the aesthetics of the shoe? Not a big deal. Overall, fantastic shoe

This my fourth pair of 2017 model. I ordered in size 8.5 but in non running shoes always an 8 in Nike and most other brands. These will never be your longest lasting shoes but for the discounted prices I buy them at ....don’t really care. Perfect for the upper body gym rat who does stationary type cardio. On the street running will probably disappoint you. To wear them as a knock around shoe it’s a homerun or should I away a 4 minute mile !ih

Excellent for running and working out

I bought the binary blue/ white pair. Or as my friends call them my Duke sneakers. Love them once I got the size right. I now know when it comes to Nike I have to order one full size up because of length and my wide feet. They are very lightweight comfy stylish and have great support. I use them at the gym but not for running. My running days are over due to knee issues. I may get another pair.

I have been a runner for almost 10 years and these are by far my favorite shoes. They feel small when you put them on but they hug your foot perfectly. Great value for only $60-$70.

Great everyday sneaker.

I know these are officially men’s shoes but I’m female and I’m loving them so far. I’m usually an 8.5-9 in women’s, so I got 7.5’s in these in the periwinkle color. I don’t think they look masculine at all. They’re very light and were perfect for a Europe vacation with a ton of walking on slippery stone sidewalks. They have more arch support than other lightweight Nike sneakers, but not enough to qualify as a stability shoe for those with significant over-pronation. I haven’t tried working out in them yet. I don’t know men’s sizing well enough to comment on fit relative to other shoes, but the toe box seems very roomy to me.

These shoes are legit! Very light. Great fit. I don't tie my shoes, I just wrap them up top and they slip on and off perfectly. Love the Flex RN every year.

I've spent a week walking in them 3 + miles daily, and they've been great. They are very light, have great arch support, and just enough cushion.
