Ii wanted to like these shoes so bad but unfortunately I received them scratched & scuffed. I ordered the silver pumps. So I sent them back for an exchange and they still came back scratched & scuffed. I returned them at that point. I didn't even have a chance to wear them which was a major disappointment.

I ordered these same heels twice on rush and both times they came defected and scratched so I never got to wear them I returned both pairs.

I loved this shoe but after one wear there were scuffs and chips I thought they would as least last a few wears.

For the price, I bought these heels with high expectations. They fit fine True to size. However, the quality of them was sad. I immediately noticed gaps between the heel itself and the sole of the shoe, where they're ?glued I think? Together. And the quality just seemed cheap. They are really nice if you can look past that.

These shoes took FOREVER to arrive. I would not purchase from this company. I did not have them in time for an important event.

These were very disappointing. extreme discomfort and not what I expect from sam edelman. I was recommended these by a sales rep at the direct store for a wedding. My feet have never been so sore from a pair of heels. I have blisters everywhere.

These are the most uncomfortable heel I have ever owned. I bought these ahead of wedding season but there is no way I'm wearing them to another event. I wore them to a rehearsal dinner (which involves a decent amount of sitting) and two hours in, my feet were so swollen and painful that I absolutely had to leave and change into a different pair of shoes. I changed into a well-worn, comfortable pair of heels and my feel were almost too swollen to get them on. Yes, I wore the Sam Edelman's around the house on a couple of occasions to break them in ahead of time. I'm 5'2" so I wear heels pretty much all of the time - often tall ones. I can walk 3 miles home in 4-5" wooden platform heels and barely blink an eye, but these shoes were absolute torture. A huge waste of money.

The wide size was no wider than the regular size shoe, except that it was loose in the back instead of the front strap. Additionally, the shoe was used with gross marks inside. Definitely returning and never ordering from this brand.
