Well, I studied all of the reviews and have come up with this: THESE SANDALS ARE SO COMFORTABLE. Right out of the box the leather is soft and amazingly comfortable. They are quite flat and don't offer any support at all, but they aren't described as having any support. I highly recommend them. They are true to size, easy to get into and sooo stylish! Thank you Zappos and Free People!

I absolutely love these shoes. They are so chic and on-trend. I'm actually shocked how comfortable they are, because I always get blisters, especially with leather shoes. These you can wear all day long. They don't have a whole lot of cushion as the sole is pretty flat, but you can certainly wear them for a few hours walking around. Also, they are a liiiiiiittle bit tough to get on because of the shape of the shoe, but once they loosen up, it becomes easier and quicker.

These are my favorite shoes, perfect in every way. I have them in dark gray and natural — both stunning colors — and the soft leather wraps beautifully. Little breaking in is required; I wore them at home a few times to make sure the backs and toe areas were comfy. Zappos’ Customer Service reps patiently helped with sizing and returns (thank you, Wendy!), and my size 10 feet happily settled into size 40. I could have gone down another half-size, so the Mont Blancs run a bit large. These are versatile and look great with jeans, shorts or a skirt. I sometimes wear them in my office, but this is Florida.

The shoes are super comfortable and the grey color is gorgeous!!

Love these shoes! Soft leather makes them comfortable out of the box. I get so many compliments when I wear them. This is my second pair.

I love these shoes. The styling is perfect for my foot issues, the band completely covers my small toe, which needs to be supported. In fact this is the third pair of this style I have purchased from Zappos. The leather molds well to your foot after a few hours. I agree, they are flat, but I have compensated by adding a small heal support. I only wish the Free People closed in toe version of this shoe would work for me. It has too small of a toe box and a pointy toe for my wide feet.

Saw these on a stranger and had to what brand were her shoes. Free People. I went directly to Zappos and bought the brown color (hers were gray). Beautiful shoes. Very soft leather. Will be wearing in Italy because they’re that stylish.

This is the second pair of these shoes I bought. The first ones are in the natural color, these in a dark grey. They are amazingly comfortable. I was afraid I'd keep stepping out of them with the open side (but thought they were so cute I tried them anyhow). But they fit snuggly in the back and hold my foot right in place. The two colors now allow me to wear them with virtually anything. I love them. Great look, great fit, great walking shoes (who knew?)

Almost immediately comfortable. Loved the style just had trouble picking one color.

These were lovely, well made, comfortable. Not easy to slip into, but might be after time. I returned because I didn't like the color. I ordered the brown. It was pretty light ... too close to my skin color. I was wanting something darker, so I ordered the Cocoa. I hope they are as lovely and well fitting as this pair.

These sandals were really very nice. The leather is very supple and a beautiful light grey color. The only reason I’m returning them is because I decided to keep the Natural leather color instead in this same style.

In love! Was afraid that they would not be comfortable and were too good to be true..... but in fact the leather is soft in the heel and they are just as comfortable as they are cute!!! Cant wait to buy in more colors!

After reading the reviews I wasn't sure if i should order down a size but I'm glad i ordered my true shoe size. I also didn't need to break them in they are very soft and I've had no blisters after wearing for 3 days! I love these shoes.

I love these sandals! The leather is soft and the color (I got the “natural “) goes with everything. I usually have a very hard time getting a comfortable, well fitting shoe but this pair is perfect.

I've had my eye on these shoes for over a year now but was hesitant to buy them because I have very flat feet and I was afraid they would not offer enough support. After wearing them quite a few days on a recent vacation, I was pleasantly surprised to find that they were, in fact, very comfortable. I still wouldn't say they offer any arch support, but after walking around in them for good portions of the day, my feet did not hurt at all. As far as style goes - these are GORGEOUS! I LOVE the rather European flare they have and I got many compliments while wearing them. I got the natural color and they go with everything from denim to black, pants, shorts, dresses and rompers. They are SO versatile! The leather is super supple and soft right out of the box and did not require any "breaking in." I like that they have just a teeny tiny heel - I think it gives them a very polished look. I am really in love with these shoes and I think they are definitely worth the high price tag. Highly recommend!

They are a little stiff but I will wear them around the house. Cool shoe.

I love this shoe!! i was super apprehensive to purchase online just because of the sizing and this seriously is the best fit and so comfortable!!! I bought in two colors and cant say enough about them from my stuffy office job to out on the go in jeans so so so cute!!! i Definitely struggled to get it on at first and now it fits like a glove!!! Wish I could find them in the Whiskey color because I would purchase them all!!

When deciding to buy these sandals I had a hard time deciding should size to select. I am a size 5.5 in every shoe I wear. I first ordered a 36. When trying on the 36, it was clear I had to go down to the next size. I ordered a 35 and the fit is perfect! I ordered the natural color, beautiful. The leather of the shoe is soft and comfortable. These sandals are flat therefore no arch support. I have no problem with my arches so not having any arch support doesn’t bother me.

I ordered these in both Natural and Dove Grey in size 39. My usual shoe size is 8.5 M and the 39 was perfect lengthwise. I am keeping the Natural and returning the Dove Grey as I don't need two pair. The Dove is a lovely light gray with bluish undertones. I love the way they look on me--a bit edgy but not over the top. One of my feet is slightly longer than the other, and that is not an issue in these--plenty of room for toes to wiggle. They do not chafe and are quite comfortable. I love them and may buy a pair in another color.

So excited about these shoes, they are going to be a solid staple in my foot wear. They are a really soft leather and took very little breaking in.

Thick buttery leather, perfect for spring, summer, fall. Very stylish and easy to transition from a casual to a dressed up style.

I love these sandals so much! They were a little stiff the first time I wore them but now they fit like a glove. I normally wear a size 8 and originally ordered a size 38.5. They ended up being a little too big and I was worried after reading other reviews they would stretch and be even bigger. So I ordered the 38 and it was a perfect fit! I will definitely be buying these in other colors!

I want to cry. These shoes arrived and fell in love with the color and texture of the leather (stone). Zappos was the only store with this color. I have flat wide platypus feet and these fit me perfect. And managed to cover all the least attractive areas of my foot. They feel wonderful. However, they do run large. The length of my foot is a true 6 but with flat feet and bunions, need a 6.5. Have to return but going to try a 6 and also a 5.5 since they run large to begin with. Zappos is so fast and a great place to shop!
