My 7 year old loves these shoes. Super cute style. Stretch laces make it easy for him to put on by himself. The sharks really glow brightly in the dark.

My son is absolutely in love with these shoes! There was really no need to purchase the other pairs I bought him for the season, as he wore these day in and day out. He insists they are super comfortable, and he loves the ease of the elastic laces.

I got these shoes to go with a few back to school outfits for my son and he loves them.

These shoes look so great on my 6 y/o boy. The elastic laces took a little getting used to but now he can pull them on and adjust the tongue himself. Very stylish!

By far the Best Vans for kids. A little wider fit than classics. I can't say enough how hard it can be trying to put high tops on kids, but with Elastic laces/ these are super easy for them to Slip on (even for my 5 year old). And relatively durable; The toe cup adds some life for sure. My kids wear knee pads and sliding out can quickly ruin shoes. Mid height to help protect those ankle bites. Not much arch, but ya don't want that when you skate- board feel is way more important. My boys and I skate everyday- we go through shoes faster than our duct tape can hold them together. These can last longer than other skate shoes. And for $40?! Can't go wrong.

I didn't realize from the description that the laces in these shoes are elastic and don't require tying. They slip on which my daughter and I love. Plus they fit well enough that they don't slip off when she's running around. Great style too.

Great shoe for our 7 yr old. The no lace - no Velcro design is perfect.

Great for on the go fast

This is a cool show, but only held up for 2.5 months. Save your money. My son wore these the first day of school, 8/29 and almost every day since. But they are trash. Falling apart at the seams, literally.
