I am incredibly impressed with the quality of these Naturalizer heels. I am a pansy when it comes to shoes, and I tend to avoid heels unless they have a wedge. But I wanted to step up my shoe game at work, and these are perfect. They are sleek, simple, and they work with pants or a dress/skirt. I am a frequent flier, and for me, the true test of a good pair of shoes is how they fare at the airport, and these worked perfectly. No blisters or pain at all, and they consistently remain comfortable throughout an entire day of wear. I am really happy with these shoes and I will most likely purchase in additional colors.

I ordered these shoes in two colors: latte leather and black. In person, the latte color was quite different than I'd expected (nude-pink with a noticeable golden sheen) but it worked well with the dress I wanted to match. I've worn the black pair with business slacks and they looked great: clean, sharp, but not too boring. I have wide feet with small/medium bunions, so finding heels can be especially tricky. I ordered these in my normal size (8.5 wide), which fit me perfectly: the toe box was wide enough to accommodate my foot comfortably, the sides of the shoe were tall enough to secure my foot in place without any uncomfortable pinching, and the back of the shoe was not too wide, preventing any heel slippage. As for comfort, after wearing these to a wedding and to a work conference that required a lot of walking, I can't say that these heels feel like stepping on a cloud... my feet were killing me after about an hour of standing/walking around; I don't think the arch of the shoe aligned with the arch of my foot, so I ended up putting a lot of weight on the ball of my foot. I'm hoping that a supportive insert will help with this in the future. Still, they're fine for heels, and I won't be worried about wearing these shoes to future functions, as long as there isn't a significant amount of standing/walking involved. In sum, if you're looking for a pair of nice heels that are sharp-looking enough for fancier affairs but conservative enough for work, and if you have wide feet or bunions, I'd give these a shot!

Shh... listen. Do you hear it? Do you hear that choir of angels? Do you see the sky opening up to shine divine rays onto my feet? Because I sure as heck do. After 10(!) fails to find a pair of nude pumps, I have finally found The Ones. How do I love thee? Let me count the ways. 1. Fit. No, they don't feel like comfy slippers or hiking boots, but they're every bit as comfortable as you could expect from an office pump. 2. Color (I got the Latte Leather). So pretty. Totally neutral without being at all dingy or boring. 3. Finish. So freakin' pretty. Instead of a matte or rough or patent-shiny finish, these have a lovely satiny pearl half-shine to them. Absolutely gorgeous without screaming for attention. 4. Toes. Enough toe cleavage to know they're not going to hurt or dig in, but not so much that it looks like they don't fit. Some pairs cover nothing but the nails, you know? Not these. But they also don't come up so high that they look matronly at all. 4. Heel. The perfect height, stylish and give my short legs enough lift, but not at all wobbly or hard to walk in. I now feel totally justified in my refusal to accept anything less because the right shoe must be out there somewhere, and will be ordering a pair in black as soon as my budget replenishes. Wish they came in navy and red as well!

This is probably one of my favorite shoes. They’re comfortable, I can wear them all day and they dress up any outfit. I own them in multiple colors, Black, Carmel, Chai, Espresso, and Latte.

Nice basic black pump but a bit dressed up with the gold heel and pointy toe. Returning because of the gaping on the inside instep (see picture).

I knew when I slipped them on that these were my shoes!! The chai color is a great neutral that is darker than nude and reminds me of a light bronzer in your makeup case. It will work great when nude is too light or if your legs are tanned or if you skin is darker. They aren't shiny, I would say they shimmer (like bronzer). It is a beautiful color. These shoes are a little smaller than other pumps. I've sent back all of the 8 1/2W in exchange for 8W except for these. I still have a little room in these but not enough to size down and the leather is a little stiff so I don't expect a lot of stretch. If they do stretch, I will add pads. The style is perfectly professional. Not at all matronly and not va va voom. Very classic and classy. The heel height is perfect and the shoe is balanced and not wobbly. I am sure I could run if so inclined. The stairs in my home were no issue. I'm looking forward to finding dresses and slacks to wear soon with these and I work ten hour shifts. I expect no issues. These are comfortable straight out of the box!! They are not gold as they look in the photo.

This shoe is amazing. I wear a 7W and these shoes fit perfectly without my foot looking wide. Comfy right out of the box,and beautiful! I got the espresso brown and it has a nice shimmer to it. I am thinking they may get a little loose after some wear so prepared for that but think they'll still be good (i.e. no rubbing etc.) Liked them so much exchanged another Naturalizer style that I got at the same time for this shoe in caramel. The other shoe was a 7 1/2 W and know for sure it would not work over time and they didn't have the color I wanted in a 7W. The exchange was super easy. I love Zappos

I love how these pumps are just a little bit shimmery. They are very neutral but run big. I usually wear 7.5, but the 7W fit best, even a little big in the back. I even tried a 7M and a 6.5W just to be sure. The 6.5W was pretty tight. I'm wearing them to a wedding so I know my feet will swell up a bit by the end of the night, so a little room is good. Very comfy and good for work too!

This is a very attractive pump. The metal accent on the inside of the heel adds spark to an otherwise simple style. The footbed is nicely padded, with a little extra at the front. My heel didn't slip out when I walked. Like most women's shoes, there isn't much of an arch support (in my opinion, none). I'm not sure if these just run a bit small or if it's the design, but the "topline" dug uncomfortably into my foot. Perhaps the next half-size up would feel better. But since I also purchased a pair of Sam Edelman pumps that fit better and seem to be more comfortable, and are a little sexier, I'll return these.

After returning five pairs of shoes to Zappos, I finally found a pair black pump that fit my wide feet and my toes have room to move. The Naturalizer Natalie 3 inch heel, size 7 is a good looking pair shoes. It is a comfortable shoe and you can wear with jeans or with a dressy outfit. I can tell that the shoe will widen a bit more but, I am happy I found a pair that fit. Now I will order another pair in a different color. Thank you Zappos for your easy return process. I will continue to search for more shoes with different styles.

I love this shoe. I feel good wearing them. The heel is not too high. I wear them all day at work without any problems. I love the ginger snap color; it was a little lighter than I expected but still very pretty. This will definitely be a go-to shoe for me.

These shoes are gorgeous. The heel height is perfect. I bought them for my wedding but after that I may wear them every day!

Super comfy. I have to return though because the gold color isn’t professional. A ton of toe cleavage as well. But, comfy and sexy- which is so hard to find in a wide heel.

Based on the reviews, I ordered a half size down (I am usually a 10.5 in heels and ordered a 10). They fit perfectly. I love the color and it is a well constructed heel. I haven't worn them all day yet but I like the arch support.

These shoes are very stylish and attractive. I have a narrow foot and the shoes are comfortable even though the toe is pointed.

The "Chai Leather" is a very soft metallic bronze color. It is subtle but definitely shimmery/metallic. Not awful, but probably not for everyone. They felt a half size too big (interesting, because I ordered another pair of Naturalizer pumps in the same size and those fit fine). I ordered an 8W, my usual size, and I will probably returned try the 7.5W. The gold hardware on the back is subtle and not over the top (at least in the Chai Leather color).

The fact that I went back for a second color says how I feel about these. These pumps are comfortable and stylish. The wider width choices means you can find a pair that won't squeeze your toes and the heel height is perfect. The gold on the heel is not over the top but adds a little something. It would be fine without it as well. It's barely noticeable. In some pumps I need an 8 but in others an 8 1/2. For these I settled on the 8 1/2. The leather is a little stiffer than some brands but not too stiff to be wearable. I expect it will break in with wear. A very classic looking heel.

Perfect stylish heels! I own these in black and nude. Super comfortable but they don't look like "comfort" shoes. Highly recommend!

These are very comfortable and pretty. I had to break them in a little (because they're leather), but after wearing a day or two, they feel great! I'm buying them in another color now.

I'm not sure if this shoe runs larger than most or, if other brands run smaller. However, I typically wear a 9.5 - 10 N and, these seemed more like a 10.5

It’s a really beautiful color and style. However this brand is narrower on my feet especially compared to walking Cradles Sophia. I got the WW style but it hurt my feet because they felt tight. I was able to keep them on for 2 hours for my event but I’m not sure I’d be able to last longer than that. Maybe after a few times I’ll break them in and they will feel a bit more comfortable but so far they do not feel like a WW they’re barely a wide fit.

I really liked these shoes! ... until hour 3. They felt great and looked nice too - but by the 3rd hour of wearing them, the seams were pulling, the material was cracking, etc. I was able to send them back due to Zappos excellent customer service, but I don't think that the quality is true to the price. Overall: not worth it, sadly.
