Way too big. These were at least 2 inches longer than my foot. Bought to help with Plantar Fasciitis but they were so hard that they hurt just standing. Very big and clunky.

I want so much to like Vionics but this is second pair of their flip flops and they just don't fit me well and I find them uncomfortable. Back they go.

Like walking on a rock. No flexibility whatsoever and a huge arch bump which was very painful and unbalanced the foot, therefore not actually an arch support.

I tried but these are HORRIBLY uncomfortable! My feet didn't bother me until I wore them for 2 minutes. Back they go, will never try Vionics again.

Have purchased at least 50 pairs of Vionic sandals. Decided to try their new High Tide in black. The style was fine; the fit not so fine. The area where my toes sit was narrower than the Tide II so I felt like my foot was hanging off the edge of the shoe - it wasn't but it didn't feel secure like the Tide II. Because of this narrower "toe bed" for lack of a better term, I felt like I would walk over the outer edge of the sandal resulting in an ankle sprain or worse, a fall. I read other reviews for this shoe and some folks indicate they are upset that the Vionic arch support has been reduced. I can't say for sure about that but there certainly is no "learning curve" for me but that may be because all I ever wear are Vionic Tide II or the full length active Vionic inserts. I do hope this brand continues with its quality instead of "tweaking" it to save money. I will be very unhappy. Please, please, don't mess with success!

For being an ortopedic shoe I find this style very difficult to walk in. I have another pair of Vionic flip flops that I have had for more than 5 years and love so I intend to exchange this style. Very cute shoe but the bottom is rounded causing your ankle to turn when walking.

I have 2 pair of the tide sandals, so I was excited to see an updated version, and in WIDE! I had foot surgery last year, so a little extra wiggle room was welcome. Well I just got them, and I can't get them on my feet. I looked at the box, that doesn't state wide, but then the shoe indicates it is a wide. I am holding them up against my tides, and I cannot figure out how theses are wide. The straps are very low, and when I hold the footbed against my tides, I cannot find any difference. They are going back. Maybe if you found the tide to be too wide, then this model is for you, but if you really do have wide feet, then this is not a true wide shoe.

Looking for a shoe with great arch support and soft foot bed. I tried this shoe becuase of the great reviews. While it has arch support the bed is as hard as it looks. Didn't take me long to decide to send these back.

I was disappointed in the look of the high tide after purchasing over twenty pairs of the tide over the last few years. The tide is my absolute favorite shoe! When I reported my disappointment to Zappos I received a response immediately from a thoughtful and helpful person. It was suggested that I order a wider width for the traditional look of the tide. I have not yet done that, but I know I will probably not wear the high tide if I keep them.
