I have worn vionic for the last 5 yrs. Although I am not a " shoe horse" I treat myself to one pair of Vionic sandals every summer. I wear them exclusively and have only worn out my original pair.. I have a narrow heel and at first I was hesitant to order my normal size (8) but the fit is great. I feel the orthotics are amazing, and the support from the construction of the footbed is well worth the " stiffness" some people complain about. This is not a soft cushioned shoe, like Clarks or other strictly comfort sandals but it does wonders for your posture, alignment. I rarely wear anything else.

I thought I'd try these since I really like the two previous pairs of Vionics I purchased (Capitola and Tide Rhinestone). Even though it looks like these should have the same bottom as the Capitola, they do not. This is super light-weight and almost like a hard plastic. I'm returning them because a)even though they are marked the same size, clearly one shoe is bigger than the other, and b)they wreak of horrible cheap plastic (I did not have this problem with either of my other Vionics sandals.

While this sandal was true to size, my foot swam back and forth! It was too wide as well as there being too much room between the top of my foot and the innner portion of the top of the sandal. The vionic "Capitola" is a much better fit all around.

I like this! I have complained bitterly about the changes to the original Orthaheel Tides flip flop. The redesign never fit as well. But these actually fit quite nicely. I used to order up a size on the original Tides, but I ordered my true size on these and they're fine (ie, I can wear and 8 to 8.5 depending on whether a regular shoe or an athletic shoe or boot and used to order a 9; I ordered an 8 in these). I'm going to order a pair in black as well. I am returning the Capitola which was comfortable but looked weird on my foot.

I enjoy wearing Vionic sandals due to their arch support. Although I wear a 10.5 size in regular shoes, in Vionic I wear a 10. However this sandal seems to run a bit small. My toes fall off the edges of the platform and the platform felt very tippy when I was wearing them around the house. Did not feel safe to wear on uneven ground.

I love everything about this sandal! I am 61 years old, have Morton's neuroma, and tendonitis in my leg from running. These shoes provide plenty of cushion for the neuroma, support for the tendon, and do not look like old lady clodhoppers. I liked the white ones so much, I ordered the black ones. I cannot wait to wear to the shore next week and then in Italy a few weeks later.

These shoes aren't the most attractive, but they give good height and great arch support so you can walk a long time on them. It's a good idea to wear them a little at a time so you don't end up with sore arches because there's so much support. The shoe is very wide so if you have a narrow foot, it might look like your foot is on a boat :) My big toe hangs over the top slightly and there's room in the back. Not sure if this is because the space between my big toe and second toe is really deep or if it has to do with the shoe. I have had this issue with other shoes, so it's probably just my odd feet.

I have grown to love the High Tide selection of Vionic Flip Flops. The added cushion makes my feet feel great. Thank you for the heads up on ordering the wide width. They were perfect. Vionic are better for me than my $500 inserts.

Cute, length is true to size, and the footbed is really comfortable...However, I don’t like wearing them and I can’t wait to take them off! The straps are too loose and they move around when I walk, it’s a struggle to keep them under my feet. It feels very unstable and I’ve turned my ankle a couple of times stepping on the side of the shoe because it slid over as I was walking. I really wanted to love them, I even bought two pair (black in slightly different strap style) but had same problem.

True fit & size & squishy. Must return though because there wasn’t enough midsole support for my fused big toe.

I love Vionic shoes. I purchased the black in this style as well as the Tortoise shell. I've worn them for years and will continue to do so. I find them extremely comfortable to walk long distances and have not had any issues with them whatsoever. I will continue to wear Vionic, and probably buy every new style that comes out each season. And since I live in Florida that means I wear these shoes most of the year round.

The most comfortable sandal next to berks. No longer having lower back issues. Not the "coolest" looking sandal but at this point the need for comfort surpasses looks. Just a few days of wearing and ditching my regular flip flops and my back is in top shape! I highly recommend to anyone having foot or back issues esp if you over pronate. You can feel the arch support right away. I wear them even when I'm in the house now b/c it feels better than flat feet on the floor. normally size 8, ended up keeping the 7.5 b/c these shoes are a little on the clunky side.

I cannot be without these shoes! They are the most comfortable flip flops I have ever worn. I had terrible heel pain and my sister recommended Vionics. My feet have never been so happy! I have several different styles, but these are my absolute favorites. Love that they have a little height, and you will really appreciate all that cushion. My bad knees also benefit from the fantastic arch support these shoes provide. I find they are true to size and fit my medium width-size 10 feet perfectly. Make sure you buy multiple colors because you will LIVE in these shoes!

These are cute and comfortable, just too wide for me. I wear an 8.5, but after reading other reviews I bought an 8 and it fit in the length just fine. Sorry I cannot keep them.

Very comfortable. I wear a 7 1/2 to 8 D width, depending on the brand. The 7W was a perfect fit for my foot for avionics.

I wear an 8 1/2 W. Ordered an 8 W. Probably should have gotten a 9 W. My expectations were probably a bit high. This is first Vionic I've tried. Not terrible comfortable and not as wide as I'd need.

The arch support was very hard and uncomfortable. The sandals slid a little as I walked. I doubt that I would bother ordering from this maker again

These shoes are so perfect for my feet. My doctor recommended Vionic and this is the second (exact) pair that I’ve purchased. However, this pair is irritating my foot between the toes and rubs to the point that I need to put a bandaid on to protect the area. Don’t remember having this problem before! The arch support is superb and gives me the support I need!!

I usually wear an 8 in shoes and mostly a 7 or 7 1/2 in sandals. In Vionics it’s always a 7 in sandals and they fit perfect.

These sandals have great arch support for someone with plantar fasciitis. The footbed feels hard at first but once you get used to it they are extremely comfortable to wear all day, even to stand for extended periods. My only problem is that while they are marked 7W, the width is less than expected. I can still wear them comfortably, but sometimes have a tendency to fall off the side edge.

I bought my first pair of these a little over a year ago. At the time, I was wary about spending so much money on a pair of thongs. In that space of a year I found that I turned to these thongs over and over again over more dressy sandals. The arch support is wonderful. I normally wear an extra wide shoe and this only comes in wide, but my toes don't hang over the side like I would normally expect. I've gone back this summer and purchased three more pairs in different colors.

I have short wide feet, I was worried after reading the reviews that they weren't going to be wide enough. I usually order a 6 W but ordered a 7 W and they fit extremely well. I love these sandals, I could walk for hours in them and my feet and back never hurt. They have great arch support!
