Surprised at how comfy these are, especially given the heel height. Wore them all day at work without any pain!

I have seen these shoes on someone else and have admired them, so purchased a pair for myself. love them!

Likely my most favorite pair of shoes - they fit well, extremely comfortable on the feet and you can walk for miles in them. Just ordered a 2nd pair - 1 yr later in Black.

Honestly, I could wear these for days and my feet wouldn't hurt. I have trouble with tall heels and shoes without arch support. My feet fatigue quickly. But these! Day and night, no problems ever

These are great sandals that you can really dress up or down. I always get compliments when I wear them from every age group. They were pretty comfortable out of the box and didn't need breaking in. If I wear them on a normal day where I sit and stand throughout the day and don't walk excessively, they are great. If you stand a lot, they can become a bit uncomfortable on the balls of the feet (or maybe that is me because I don't wear heels too often). But, I would say that is pretty normal for any heel due to the weight of the body on the ball of the foot. Go for it! These are sassy and stylish and pretty comfortable for a pair of heeled sandals.

These shoes are well-made, and very stylish! The sole is not super super padded (though by no means hard), so sensitive feet might get tired in them. If you have skinny/narrow feet, beware. No part of these shoes is adjustable and they unfortunately gapped a centimeter or so around my narrow foot, causing me to wobble and slide around in them. Will have to return. Otherwise, great shoe!

Initially ordered an 8 bc I wear a standard 8 in all my TOMS. Got these and my heel was slightly off the back. So, sending back for an 8.5. I’m so excited to get them fitting right, because the black denim is really a pretty shoe!

I ordered the black leather and love them! These shoes are so cute and comfortable that I'm considering ordering them in the natural yarn dye or desert suede as well.

I usually wear a size 9 but I've tried on Tom's at department stores before and they were always snug. I decided to go with a 9.5 and I'm very glad that I did. Fits perfect at a nine and a half so definitely half a size larger if you are in between sizes and I have wide feet and it works too

I needed a shoe that could go from day to evening for business casual work functions. These are great - the padded sole and thicker heel make being out on your feet all day bearable. They’ve held up very well to travel and wear.

I'm obsessed with these shoes. I purchased them in black leather first and loved them so much, I ordered a second pair in tan. They are sensible, yet sexy. They look great with summer and fall dresses. Just the right height. Shocked and how totally comfortable they are right out of the box. I walk a lot around DC and NYC for meetings and these are my go-to.

Bought these for my girlfriend, for work. They are formal enough for the office, but also look great in more casual settings. The wider straps look great and appear unique compared to many similar styles, she wears them all the time and says they're comfortable too.

I love these shoes. They definitely run small. Short and somewhat narrow. I typically am a 7 except in sneakers and insulated boots where I am a 7.5. I have a normal width foot to somewhat narrow. The 7's felt narrow and my toes were almost sitting off the front end. Also, the cut into my forefoot on the left side. I ordered the 7.5 and it is a stitch big. Since I got the fabric, I do not think there will be as much stretching so I am sticking with the 7.5. The style is adorable and they seem comfortable so far!

I like the look of these sandles, but the part that went around my ankle was huge and made it uncomfortable to walk. I really wanted them to fit well!

I really wanted to keep these shoes but the strap around the heel was just too loose and my foot was moving around too much, even after going half a size down. Couldn't go any smaller in the size without my foot falling off the front of the shoe, but if you have narrow ankles this might not be the shoe for you. I LOVED the style but just felt unstable walking around, like the shoe was moving around too much on my foot

Love these shoes. They were very cute but I have to send them back. I have somewhat narrow feet and they were just too big around the toe and ankle area. Bummed!

My feet are narrow. Sandals often fall right off. I get excited when other reviewers complain of shoes being narrow because that means there’s a good chance they’ll fit me. With this context — these shoes didn’t fit me for my regular size because the bands were too tight. I’d never had this problem before!! I’m sizing up half a size because otherwise they’re lovely.

Love this style. So cute and comfortable. I got my regular size 10 and it felt tight/slightly narrow (I have wide feet). The 11 was too big. So probably perfect sizing if you don't have wide feet! Wish they fit!!

I wanted to keep these so badly because they are adorable and (mostly) comfortable, but I just couldn’t squeeze my foot into my regular size. Too bad they are out of the next size up on the site or I’d get that.

These have style for miles but were not comfortable for me. Upper material is a bit stiff. Again such a great look and would be spot on for so many different occasions. Sad to return.

I have wide feet and bunions. I found the shoe true to size and was very excited at first. However, it was not comfortable to walk in. The top of the shoe dug into the top of my foot. I will need to return.

Overall, this shoe is super cute and I was sad to return them! The linen color was perfect - something different from your average taupe, but still paired well with a variety of colors and clothes. The sizing was slightly smaller than I would normally think, but nothing too tight. The weird part for me was definitely the zipper/ankle closure area. I wish I would have taken a picture to better describe this, but basically if you have small ankles, these will likely be very loose around the ankle for you. I think it’s also because they sit a little lower than your average ankle bootie would, but I’m not sure. I loved them, but my foot felt like it was constantly sliding out as I walked, and I know if I would have sized down to a 6, then the sizing would have been too small length-wise. Bummer!

Wanted to love these shoes and tried them in two different sizes, but the band around the ankle was too loose for my narrow feet and sadly had to return them. The shoe itself is really cute and I wish I could have made them work.

I find TOMS heeled shoes to be insanely comfortable, made just for my feet. I have a pair of ankle boots I wear all winter long and my feet never hurt, which has sold me on splurging a little on shoes. These heels are no exception and they are comfortable right out of the box. They do not rub anywhere and the suede is so soft. The biggest disappointment for me is the color. I got taupe, which is pictured to look more like a tan-brown-nude color. In reality, it's really more of a light gray. If you go to the TOMS website they have the same photos as here but they also have a model wearing them and the color is more accurate in those photos. I am not sure if I will keep them as I don't feel this color goes with as many things as I thought it would.
