These are quite snug, even when going by the suggested measurements. However, many Spanx fans will agree that we all knew this going in to the purchase. They get the job done!

These are great everyday leggings—though maybe not when it's above 70 degrees outside. These leggings are very thick and they're perfect for colder months. Pair with oversized sweater, tunic, even a dress in the winter time. You'll be warm. I wear these while running chores or walking my dog with sneakers and a trenchcoat and it looks like I took a little time to put myself together; though it took 5 minutes :). Highly recommend as a wardrobe staple

I prefer the high waisted version better. I feel like the regular waist slides down I bit and I need to pull them up at times bc it feels like they are falling down. Overall though I like the look just not the most comfortable. Also they feel thicker than my old high waisted pair too.

Before purchasing I read reviews on this site as well as another and it seemed most people thought to size up. I did so (usually XS and sized to S)— this was the right decision. I did not find them to be see through and they did not roll down at the waist or sag and bag after a full day of wearing. They do compress in the right places like I expect from Spanx- but they don’t make you feel like a sausage - and are really comfy can be casual to really casual... translate... not really for work unless styling as a “tights” substitute. I tried the Black first and liked so much I bought the charcoal — now I am considering the navy.

Great leggings! Not as “stretchy” as regular spans to get on - but great product!

Most comfortable leggings ever. You can wear them with anything - to work, the gym, etc. True to size- navy is a dark navy. I have three pairs and may favorite are the camouflage.

The size is perfect, however, the fit is not "seamless". The waistband seems to roll down which is not the most comfortable throughout the day. The jean-ish leggings do not have this issue, nor do any other spanx I have purchased. I do like the look and for $50 I will keep but I will not be buying the same style in the future.

Thick and extremely comfortable leggings! I’d imagine they would be suitable for all body types. I’m 5’2 & 170lbs so typically, leggings and I are not friends. But these are flattering and hold everything where it should be.

Not great compression compared to other Spanx leggings

How unfortunate the leggings don’t work for me. The quality and design are both excellent, the down sides are just as obvious however . The fabric is very very thick, therefore, with all the designs, my legs felt very bulky (I wear true size 4 bottom). Will return them.

I expect a compression fit from leggings, and definitely from the Spanx brand; however, I got my normal size and knew they wouldn't work before I even got both legs in. I have an athletic build and I didn't buy for the compression features, yet they were so tight the inner thigh area rippled and I couldn't pull them up all the way. I like how thick they are and the slight ridge pattern, so I will likely be trying a size (or two) up.

Very thick fabric and not comfortable, usually wear XS in leggings, bought size S, still quite tight. Size up for sure, and these leggings are for winter.

I was so excited for these based on the picture, but they aren’t worth it. I did size up based on reviews. The material is more hose-like than pant-like, it catches on your nails (and I have short nails) putting them on or snags in a ring, little better than leggings you would wear under something. I don’t think these will hold up. Haven’t been disappointed in a legging purchase in a long time, don’t waste your money.

These are quite long, and not as structured as most Spanx leggings. A bit thin for wearing as pants.

Very thick and looked nice but OMG they kept rolling down. I don't believe I ordered the wrong size as I have tried other items from Spanx. These were annoying, I was constantly pulling these up ALL day long under a dress I wore.

Runs extremely small and has low rise

I found these leggings to be very uncomfortable. The material in the legs does not give at all and feels restricting when moving. The waistband rolls down and the leggings don’t stay in place. Very disappointed. I own a couple pairs of Athleta leggings that are far more comfortable, flattering, and we’ll-fitting.

Though the material was soft and comfy, the rolling-down of the top was SUPER ANNOYING... too much to keep them. They were great at smoothing and pulling in, but the "headed south" issue began as soon as I started moving. Also: "Seamless" is true, but it does have a cool ridge down the sides of the legs that I thought were flattering. The heather gray was perfect for the outfits I wanted them for, but I am sending them back...

Fit fine but material too thick, prefer a thinner material. Won’t purchase again

In true Spanx style, they are tight so I had ordered both a large and medium. I am 5'7" and 155 pounds. I don't have abs, which means I have rolls and when you sit down in these, they rolled down in the large and where about to split open in the medium. I will say the material is beautiful. They are soft and have a nice hidden pattern. would be acceptable for the office or out for the night. I just wish they were a little different in the mid section on me. If you are unsure order them, try them for yourself. Its Zappos! We love the return capabilities.

The material is not up to standards with Spanx and the waist is too large and would do nothing for tummy control. Feels like something I would buy at Target.
