With the cost, and all the rave reviews, I should have felt like I had a Mercedes on my feet. Not something show-ie, but a hand-built German performance engine. Instead, I felt like I paid for a Mercedes and ended up with a recalled GM Liberty Jeep. Not cool. Yes, the leather is buttery. But it will not withstand a good wear of walking to the train every day for work. There is too much bling on the toe area for an adult shoe... looks more like a teen product. I don't pay $100 for chrome plated ties and silver pendants of Same Edleman's initials. He should have provided more support instead. Sorry. Cannot keep these in good conscience. Next!

Most comfortable ballet flat EVER!!! As a tall girl with size 12 feet, I was Leary of ordering "designer" shoes....as I usually find they run small....but these are right on. Very soft and comfortable right out of the box. Like most ballet flats, there is not much "arch support" but they do have a surprisingly cushy sole, almost like memory foam slippers.

The fact that everyone raves about how comfortable these shoes are is a testament to how uncomfortable women's shoes are, generally. It shouldn't be this way, folks. I would like comfort and style. These are cute enough but not really comfortable. Not wide enough in the toe box and the heel slips. Since the sole is stiff, you have to "grip" the shoes as you walk. Disappointed. Returning.

Amazingly comfortable out of the box. I tried both regular width and wide and decided to go with the wide. That being said, if wide wasn't available, the regular was still comfortable. I also didn't need to size up with this shoe. Your regular size should work. With the wide array of colors available, look no further for worry free flats that fit well and look exactly right.

These run narrow, perfect for my AA foot. My first pair were the nude color which I bought for my sons wedding, knowing my feet would suffer. Danced all night! Never dreamed I would wear them every day to work.Just got the black and love them too!

I love love love love this shoe ! I have flat feet, moderate bunions on both feet, and long toes. Genetics, but what can you do? It's hard to find a pair shoes that are comfortable and provide me enough support in my daily activities. My job requires that I'm on my feet all day and these shoes were able to hold up to my job and keep me comfortable. The shoes are like wearing slippers! I like the Felicia line of Sam Edelman and this particular shoe is gorgeous. The calf hair is beautiful dyed, it looks very well-made the leather is breathable and comfortable and the itty-bitty heel gives just enough support to your feel so you know you're not wearing socks. I bought this after reading a review from a lady who said her Felicia shoes lasted her five years. I hope mine do the same.

This does have more padding than many ballet flats but as others have said little arch support. The length is probably true to size or a little bit short but medium width is closer to narrow.

Wonderful. Great little flat for running around, although too flimsy for heavy duty (such as all day sightseeing). Style great but no foot support.

Not a city shoe. Not even a little bit. Do you go from car to indoors and back again, great! This might be a workable ballet flat for you. Its cute, stylish, and actually kinda comfy, but there is no sole. none. zero. If you live in an urban area and actually have to walk on pavement or asphalt or rocks or broken glass, don't do it.

This is the perfect ballet flat, soft enough to be as comfortable as Tieks, but literally half the price, and unlike Tieks, not so soft that they break down in a few months. They are remarkably comfortable if you can wear a very flat shoe, if you need more arch support this is not the shoe for you. I like the details with the bow so they are not totally plain. I have these in three colors, great with jeans, dresses and skirts. I love them.

These shoes are the most comfortable flats I've ever owned. I little pricey, but we'll worth it. I'd say they run slightly narrow so if you have anything near a wider foot definitely get a wide. I usually wear an 8 regular but I like some wiggle room for my toes, and got the 8 wide based on reading reviews from various sites and they fit perfectly.

I couldn't believe how comfortable they were! Just ordered another pair to replace the ones I wore out. I drive school bus and my NB sneakers don't allow me to really "feel" the gas pedal/brake; but these are perfect and they look great with my jeans!

Wow! I am in love with these shoes and now I want them in every color! I am on my feet a lot a work and these feel great. There is more padding than I expected and the leather is super soft. I did order my normal size but I went with the wide and they fit perfectly. I have never needed to order wide but after reading the reviews I went with it. I'm very happy I did because they are fabulous! I also used my Frye leather cream on them and I haven't gotten any scratches or salt marks.

Oh, how I wanted to love these shoes. I have a narrow heel and normal toe box - so finding shoes is a pain in the - foot? Anyway - as soon as I slipped these on I knew they were getting returned. I'm sure if you're entire foot is narrow they will work great. However, if you're foot is as tough as mine - nope, not for you. As the heel on the narrow fit perfect I know that buying a regular size would be too wide for my foot. I'll continue my search for the elusive dress shoe.
